Hell yea!! Never tried the plum brandy but it sounds nice!! It's great, you can get really drunk without a killer hangover Every morning before breakfast: "Adrian, would you like a cup of good spirits?" Hell yeah, I can't let somebody drink alone OMG!! That's what I'm talking about!!!! Nothing like a good drink to get the morning started when you have nothing to do!!

Good way to necessitate a valve job. Why is it bad to run open manifolds? Exhaust valves seem to go bye bye for one in my experience..Plus not to mention what you lose in back pressure IDK

So In my opinion!! Products underrated could handle the thermal overload of double the voltage due to clipping aka "Square waves" to the coils with no effect!! because the are UNDERRATED! And the overrated products that most people purchase that don't know shit about car audio purchase will fail due to clipping from thermal damage...point blank so in my opinion this "will not damage your woofer if under powered is false info" Michael

To max out XCON or to underpower a ZCON?
"As I've been scanning through this forum I've noticed a lot of people saying no such thing as under powering so basically what im understanding is I can run my 1000 watt RMS rated sub on 100 watts and it will be just as loud with the same output as if I run it at its max rating" No, not at all... You just won't hurt it with 100 watts and it will work fine. It will obviously be louder with 1000 watts. The power needed to drive the woofer to it's linear limits is dependent on the enclosure. Did you just quote yourself?

You just wait till I post the video on the proper way to make yellow squash casserole !!Horrible attempt of trying to raise your post count, slow down on derailing threads so much. If you still need further understanding of the topic, start a new thread. Lol Nice!! If I cared about my post count I would comment on some of the wack advice you give.. I would really be interested on your views on this subject.. Guess since I post every day now for the past few months and have been a member for a while I'm just working on my post count? Nice one Lol

I will not disagree that the subs you and I might use could most likely would never see any thermal damage..But what about the guys that use overrated gear? With a clipped signal that gives the "overrated product" double the voltage on a square wave for long periods of time? would that not cause thermal damage? Go ahead neg me all you wan't for my opinion but this is pretty interesting! like I said from the get go it all boils down to the quality of the manufacture.. http://www.bcae1.com/2ltlpwr.htm

So you would not agree to any of this "for example" due to clipping....lol

Yeah, im also going to college, just a handful of classes till I'm done and earn a certificate in welding, then I can get a job that I like to do and pays better. Taking a Tig class in January; so far I can only run flat beads with Tig, I think it's going to be a pain in the ass,but in a 4 month class, I'll have it down by the end of the semesterWelding can be fun sometimes...I like mig myself..but I never really got into it as much as some of the other courses I had to take in school..Yeah I like mig, stick, and Tig. Mig being the easiest of the three IMO, and the he'll with oxy-acatylene I don't have enough patience for that. Welding was the worst I did in school next to CAD Was never really interested..I like stick never got into Tig much But mig was where it was at.I can still weld thin gauge sheet metal with the voltage and wire speed cranked up!! I did have to take a short course on plasma but was not really interested. But stick on stainless is a biotch!!
