HLCD + Adire Koda 6.5" or 8". Apparently all you'd need are the 8's and HLCD's for it to work well. ID CX64 from 45hz - 4khz. Three L7's would be nuts ... and at under $400, it seems like an awesome deal. Budget for head unit? 1500+ for $250-$300 can be done ... ebay style, or price matching.

Gold pate, good stuff. Wifes name? Dark red - cherry would be quite a lot more than pine. I could leave it bare and you could find a dark stain, or I could find something if you wanted. Price, honestly - look around and see what other boxes go for. I really don't know what they go for these days. Wood is pretty cheap. If you give a price that's too much I'll say forget it - I'm not out to rip you off like those knothead stores.
