Hopefully someone will know. Old vs new. L5's and L7's. If I were to simply drop in the new L5's and L7's, would I gain? All variables for the old drivers kept identical for the new drivers. Just wondering if someone has done that yet. I haven't browsed SD or Termpro lately so I haven't seen it.

The more I look at it, those PB XS 15's look just nuts for your application.

L7's on ebay are cheap. Last years would be underbudget ... this years would be 50 bucks over or so. I'd rather get a warranty if he wants to beat the piss out of these. I'll look for some old DD drivers, etc on other forums. Even Shocker I guess. Termpro Marketplace has lots of stuff right now. - Steve

Heh, I finally figured out that the underlined names beside 4 Members: (viewing thread) means that they're replying.

Them bloody 'Tegs are a pain in the ass for putting short throw shifters in. We said screw it and cut the heat shield off of one just to get it in there.

I am bored out of my tree. Lots to do, so little motivation.

What model and with what options? IIRC there was something with the brakes on that car. I think both the 3.1L and 3.8L models were recalled at one point.

The Alpines are indeed very pretty.
