#8 countersink. 7/64" pre-drill diameter. #8 1 11/16" coarse threaded particle board screws (silver). I'm quite picky. But after doing quite a few boxes, I've just found this way to be the easiest / work the best. Just my opinion of course. - Steve

Lol, I've already taken lots of shit about the color I chose. It matches the exterior. That's all I can come up with. Oh, and it's engine paint ... so some engine parts are accented too Either the color on the kicks will change, or the whole interior. Oh how much fun I would have changing the interior ...
