It's time for me to switch up routines. I'll do another 16 week session (Sept-Dec), take my week off during the holidays, and get back into another 16 week program from Jan-Apr. Should be good. Debating doing a six day split with one muscle group per day, similar to what I'm doing now. We'll see, have a few weeks to figure it out and fine tune it. Pretty big deal, because I don't want it turning into a major screw up and throw 16 week periods down the drain.

Not bad ... not bad. Extremely busy with work, family coming in from out of town, going on a work trip next week ... don't have much time to myself for the next few weeks it seems.

Whew. Finally got home after 29 hours in the office. Gotta love people with money who get in car accidents who figure $ solves everything and people can work miracles to get them out of it. Oh well, either way I'm getting 8 @ time, 6 @ time and a half, and 15 @ double time.

I'd love to know who / how many people have seen my stickers around here and decided to pop in. Should make the iHop read+post member-only. Are you in a legally binding contract that says you must pay half of the fee to end the lease or is it one of those "you should do it because it's the nice thing to do" type of deals?
