  1. Absolutely - keep a very close eye on your heart rate during your cardio for the next little while.
  2. Feels weird, but use enough weight and it'll burn. http://ast-ss.com/training/exercises/execu....asp?bp=Ab&pn=9 http://ast-ss.com/training/exercises/execu....asp?bp=Ab&pn=6 http://ast-ss.com/training/exercises/execu...asp?bp=Ab&pn=11 w/ weight. If you're doing side bends for obliques, cut 'em out if you think you're looking too bulky in that area. I wouldn't do them three times a week - two times should be good ... last thing you need is to run into overtraining. 10-15% is pretty low ... you should be pretty cut at 190 being 6'2. Abs seem to respond to higher reps. Keep the reps up when doing your crunches - 15 per set unweighted as a base. Switch up the routine too ... don't do the exercises in the same place during your workout, and switch up the actual exercies - don't want your body thinking it's just a typical routine to do these exercises.
  3. Good - only see it once or twice a year which sucks. It just sort of sits there and looks good, not my idea of fun though.
  4. What is your current ab routine? Sets, reps, weight, and exercises. Height, weight, guesstimate on body fat %. Might be time to switch it up and shock your body into change. Abs are tough though, takes time ... resistance might be what it takes though.
  5. Going to be a long day. Catch you all tomorrow/super late tonight.
  6. Thanks again. Have your other half send me a bill with a Paypal address
  7. Yes, both on a machine and by hand. A skill I need - sewing hockey socks back together, name bars on jerseys, equipment repairs, so on and so forth. Never had one. Athletics at the school were a big deal, but no mascot.
  8. Sure thing
  9. "groupies"
  10. Zero crime, I get to enjoy all four seasons, lots of nice places to drive.
  11. I don't care - it's fun
  12. for the laugh
  13. No, just keep hair short. It is true though, your muscles are much more defined with little or no hair. Super Troopers is a classic, Ladder 49 was meaningful. Once in a while I'll grow something, need to stay somewhat decent for work. That, and it itches under a motorcycle helmet. Some days too long, some days not long enough, and other days just the right amount of time. None. I don't compete anymore ... there are no shows here other than some local thrown together piece of crap. I always caught shit before for building a body for myself, not for the judges - what's the fun in that unless you're going to go pro?
  14. I like
  15. Absolutely. In laws. Joker. Toronto Maple Leafs She likes to have a good time, she's caring, considerate, affectionate, honest, classy, straightforward. She'll tell you right to your face what she thinks of you and doesn't take any bullshit from anyone at all. She can't park either truck real well, so if you ever see a 2500HD taking up three spots, think of us.
  16. It's real slow without stickers, yes. The car was in mint condition when I picked it up and couldn't pass on the deal - didn't care that it was a vert at the time, doesn't really bother me now. If I wreck the car and die, at least I went out in a good way and in style. Wost wreck ... I wasn't driving. Got t-boned in an intersection, was interesting. Buddy jumped out of his car and kicked the guy who hit him until I pulled him off.
  17. Taurus PT100 ... .40 S&W, 5" barrel, gold accents, mother of pearl grip, 11+1, etc ... here - look: None. None. No. Beretta Px4 Storm. Hmmm 350, 454, or 502. Stick, usually. Don't mind auto actually. Limited. Hate autotrac.
  18. Gun laws are ok so long as you have the proper qualifications and have the firearm registered. I've ran the IROC down the track, but no numbers - soon enough, I'll take it down to the track in Spokane and give it a run. Don't want to look like a fool, so I need to do a little footwork and launching practice
  19. x2. Frickin' tired.
  20. Just love the styling of them. Dad loved muscle cars ... the Camaro being one of them. Another feature to this forum eh ... hmmm ... once the shopping cart gets up and running, posts should only be visable to those who wish to create an account here on the site
  21. Batman. Never have, never will. Absolutely not. Gross. Pasta with homemade sauce or lasagna. The basics.
  22. No ... we have no relation to anyone there.
  23. Possible.
  24. VA is a loooonnnng way.
  25. Italy. Also like to hit the autobahn sometime. I'd have to say my greatest accomplishment is being where I am today. Turned chicken shit into chicken soup, I guess. House, family, no debt, decent income, a few toys, hobbies I can enjoy, etc. Works for me, I'm happy. Now when I do something spectacular for myself in the gym ... then the priorities for greatest accomplishment change
