about what i said? It's the simple physics of the capasitor. It's whole purpose is quick discharge...like fraction of a second discharge. It can smooth out voltage peaks and dips with dynamic music making it easier on your voltage regulator. Beyond that it doesnt do much.

well, vacume leak isnt fix or its an EGR problem now. I need to find an empty strip of road to see if my ABS works now...still wants to go to 3,000 when taken out of gear. idles a few hundred RPM's lower. Almost around 1,000.

and i found what was likely the culprit in my vacume leak problems. Broken hose clamp, and where was it? right on my vacume booster for my breaks. And when was the problem most prevelant? when brakeing. and what hasnt been working properly? my ABS. I inspected the hose well and found nothing so if that doesnt work its the plastic nipple for the vacume booster.

pssst...try getting more than 25% efficiency out of a SE Class A output stage... Maybe not the first thing you look at, but efficiency and SQ don't always go hand in hand <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Class A's make good space heaters, i know. But ~57% efficency from JL's 500/1 which is class D is pitiful. That is below average for unreulated A/B's...

Some jakcalope on AF.com's Car Stereo Forum is spewing BS about JL has the best amps made and that when you look for such good SQ efficency is the first thing to throw out of the window. Yeah, that is why it takes 100a to make 500w in a regulated class D design. Then i compared my IS200 to JL's lowest line 2 channel amp. Similar specs and efficency, besides THD which JL had alot more of but not enough to make any audible difference...difference? about $150-$200. anyway, we need more intelegence over there. Somehow he compared car amps to Cable TV signal amplifiers... jigah what?
