Good luck finding one, those things are rather elusive. I've only seen em on ebay a couple times and they always end up expensive. On forums I've only seen one, ever. I know, not the answer you're looking for I'll keep an eye out.

Yea, but I would prefer a HU that matches with the controller. I'll probably buy the RTA system first, see how well I can tune the FR with my crappy 13band EQ. Then if necessary, get the H701, then 9835 if I feel like it.
