In my experence it means that they have finalized the order and sent it to the warehouse to pull and ship. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> sounds about rite. "released" the order or something to that effect. it was once in captivity, and is now being released into the wild. thats such a weird way to describe an order though. after released would come shipped. then, package lost by wonderful courier.
