well if you are going to connect it to your amplifer then whip out a dmm and check the voltage coming out of your power and ground on the amp...then once you have the stinger volt meter all lit up pull of the front screen and there should be a little dial that you can turn...and bam match the stinger volt meter to the dmm

so i would think you have the power wire from the meter just ran into the power wire (with the power wire) terminal on the amp? is that correct? correct. run the red wire to the power outlet on the amp, and black for ground, and then the blue wire run it to the remote
