  2. i used t nuts and machine screws to hold in the sub wont ever just use screws again, great if you take your sub out and put it back a lot

  9. sealed boxes are the most efficient boxes, but i love the sound of a nice tuned ported box. its all personal opinion, i had nothing but sealed boxes at first, because thats all i knew. and once i went ported i wont look back
  10. Should have someone weld a 1/8" cross beam or two to your roof! Ill have to take a look at it when the headliners out, i can weld it up myself, but only if i need to do it... i don't want sparks showering my interior if i don't have to. its not noisy or anything so it doesn't bug me but i might gain a little db if its more solid. :bigclap:
  11. i used 3 layers on my hatch, rear quearters, and rear doors, 2 layers on front doors and floor, soon to do roof, need another 100 sq ft. because i got a big roof and lots of flex.

  13. no probelm thing i learned in car audio. get the good stuff first time around. only time i would use that stuff is maybe on the firewall where theres high heat.

  15. ive always heard of a lot of people using it, but it wont stick as well as a sound deadener in a car. the stuffs made for houses... id rather use something designed for a car. plus i heard it smells bad

  17. i got my twisted 8 gauge from knu, buts its to much of a pain to strip the coating off, next time i would just get power wire.

  21. You could lose the rear seat to gain more space. no way ill do that. ill wall it off behind the c pillars before i do anything like that. just a mean daily driver, beatin down yo block. i bought a 4 door for a reason.
