i think some people say 80 but i just go with what I think sounds best, just mess with it.

big 3 dosent cost much, just about 10 ft of 1/0 gauge and some ring terminals. i have 1500 watts with big 3 and a optima red top and its still paying a toll on my 80 amp alt. if yours is a little bigger you might be fine.

no pictures here either, but i went to the local fasteners supply place and bought 2 2 inch long brass bolts with nuts and washers. worth the 10 imo

i know you can at least paint the silver piece on the top of the amp. the rest idk. but then again i dont know if the thickness of the paint would make the amp run hotter

yeah months ago we were worried about how slow its been since september and they said it should pick up by march... guess it just got worse.

haha yeah im glad i have a car that gets 26-28 mpg too!!! got better mpg as soon as i lost the 4 12" type r's i had. my 15Bl is a lot less weight

google the big 3 its a wire upgrade over stock Battery to alt Battery to ground engine block to ground. i would do it in 1/0 gauge wire i think i bought 10 feet to be on the safe side, and some terminals KnuKonceptz.com Battery, i dont know much about but i have an optima red top and works fine for me.

you would be running 2k about im assuming, so... Big 3 Upgraded Battery and see if your ok then (no voltage drops) after that a high output alt might be in your future
