ya mines an 02 but they only came with the double din later in the year so mine is a din and half. do u have some pics of ur install? id love to see it.

well i dont know much about fiberglassing and bondo but it looks good to me keep up with pics, i always wanted to do something kinda like this in my s10

so is there a standard size wire usually used for amp to sub wire? i dont think mine is even 8 gauge and its seeing like 700 watts. should i upgrade? sorry if im thread jacking

i agree with jay-cee kinda tacky but the middle piece is a nice idea, but by doing all the end caps and center piece it makes it look huge and take up alot of room maybe its just ur drawing. but making it an option would probably be the best way if he decided to do it. its all on him tho whatever works best for the company

so ur saying the kicker was a better amp? was it cheaper and how much were the exile im guessing the one i want is around 899ish give or take some.

im thinking about it if i knew more about the audio and amps. im thinking about doing two of the 1500s but according the thumpers site they are 899 each and thats alot for my price range so i guess ill be saving for awhile lol oh well.

looking to upgrade my amps probably gonna be using 4 ten inch icons and was looking at the exile amps the only info besides whats on their website i found was from thumper and he really likes them. thinking of doing two of the xi 1500.1 and strapping them if possible. can anyone find reviews on this amp as with google and on here i cant find anything worth while unless i over read it.

well i love my re and i really wanna do 4 in the back i know it will be tight but o well. im really leaning towards the icon tho ive heard great things about them. so lets say i get 4 icons and get the two sundown saz-2000d. when i strap them(explain that also) will i be able to get atleast 1000 from each after that?

ok so here is the list. kicker cvx which would be d2 and 600 watts rms ssa icon 1000 watts and i think they are both d1 and d2 if i remember correctly fi bl 1000 watts rms and its d1 and d2 i think fi q 1000 watts rms same as above dc level three 600 watts rms i think its a d4 i couldnt tell really on the site dc level four 1000 watts rms think its d2 rd audio sonance 500 rms dont have a clue rd audio elite 1000 watts rms dont have a clue re sx 1000 watts d2 im leaning towards the kickers for price, icons, or re sx since i already have one.

no most of them are d2 let me see if i can post the list i have made so far might not make much sense to yall but ill do my best before posting it.

there gonna be d2 unless i get fi then they are gonna be d1 and i have a pretty good list of subs but most consist of atleast 1000 watts rms except some kickers and they are 650rms

i hope it does. ok so what im wanting to do is i think 4 tens in the back would it be better to do i guess 2 2 channel amps or do a 4 channel amp. and it seems like the only amps that put out enough power that i want are the mono amps. and i need an amp for component speakers and im guessing it will have to be a 4 channel amp

well im trying my best to understand stuff but the amps just confuse the crap out of me and i do do some research maybe not as much as i should but i thought i was starting to understand them guess not o well

so the wattage dividing in half when i add another sub is correct?
