well before idish out 160+shipping, if i hook up power without the face and the cd mechinizim starts up that means that it is fine correct?

well i just got the Alpine 9831 body wiring and all, except for the FACEplate, i powered it up with a regulator i have and the hear the cd player try to scran like noremal but i was wondering if it would come on with my 9815 face? or do i have to wiat and get the 9831 face?

no only when the sub hits. it shows clipping on the amp. when i had my 50 cent cd in many men it didnt make any sound then i hear boom boom boom boom boom. and then i notice that hte light on the amp says cliping.

Well today i installed everything the concept amp and the SX 15. well about an hour ago. i turned on the car and no sound then changed cd. and nottin then i hear a BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM and look on the side of the amp and it shows cliping. and its going hard to where my lights dim crazy. the sub is a 2ohm sub i wired down to 1ohm for 1200 watts. what could be the problem the RCA's worked this mornign when i had my 500 watt amp. THANKS ALOT.

i have only 13 feet of 0/1 and 15 of 2 gauge and i need 16 17 for the battery to amp so will just use 1 foot of 0/1 and then go the 15 with teh 2 gauge.

last question can i use 1 foot for 0/1 gauge from the battery to the fuse. then go all the way 2 gauge?

well i have 14 feet of 0/1 gauge and i have 18 of the 2 gauge so it dosnet matter i just need the Fuse to be right. so it dont go POP

the amp cant have 0/1 connected i am gona trim the 2 gauge alittle to fit. so 150 or 175 will do. ok

ok would 150 or 200 work aswell? and are all the ANL fuses teh same size? cause i really dont want to get another fuse holder. RCA cables make a big difference?

ok so no cap, and put the amp under the seat, OK. now what kinda fuse would i need and fuse holder?
