Ive done creatine and creatine sets me back. I usually just take Protien and eat alot of foods.

Im into gaining weight and lifting weights to get strong. I just want to be big and strong.. For my weight I can already lift alot but thats kinda my hobby to just get beefy and see how my body changes. Last year around this time I was 148 pounds, Three months later I weighed 160 after working out for 3 months. Four pounds a month is great and I hope I can gain that soon. The key to any diet is to stay with it.

Well its more than that, since I eat foods like Tuna, high with Protein and carbs. And it usaully dosent affect me since I have a suppppperrrr high metabolism the doctor told me. I weight 155 now, and my goal is to get to 165-170.. Lifting weights helps out alot to and builds muscle and growth..

I started my diet too.. .....4000 calories! =]

From reading your posts, I dont see why you just buy two 18" BTL's.. Wouls save you money but it would still cost you some cash. Would get plenty loud to, Not sure if it will be loud enough for you though. Just my thoughts..
