Are you sure you bought two Dual 1 ohm subwoofers because you stated in your first post that you wanna wire them down to .5 ohms, what voice coil configuration are you subwoofers? I have dual 1's now...if i could run the amp at .5 i was gonna try to trade them off and buy or recone them to dual 2's..

so when's it look like these are gonna come out i pre-ordered one and am gettina little anxious

Could you run a 4500D on 16v at .5 at it not hurt it? someone told me with the independence rise it wouldnt hurt it...jw if you guys knew he answer o bwt it will be goin on 2 12" BTL's..

well i understand a little better now but the box above is a little big. it has 16.2 sq in of port

yeah i read that link before but thanks. lol i was hopin somone would explain the whole sq in of port deal..like what number to use cause i'm sure it efffects the tuning...i just need to be steered in the right direction. i also heard that u shouldnt run these subs through any box building program cause it makes em sound like shit. cause the box above has like 23 in of port. and it needs at least 30 in. would someone please fix this box or show me another one cause i kno ppl on here know how to make these things come alive and it all starts wit the box

i have 2 12inch BTL's and was wonderin what the best cuft and hz would sound the best. i listen to lots of rap and like my music low and loud. also how much sq in of port should i have?? should it be a port for each speaker or can it just be a big port in the middle?? i have a drawing that i like but it isnt tuned right. i'll try to get a pic up of it. if someone would like to email me or pm me my email is [email protected]. any help would greatly be apreciated. also someone was tryin to tell me that btl's are not good daily drivers that they wouldnt sound very good...any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated. thanks

im wonderin what the specs will be on this amp as far as how many watts at what ohm. and i plan on gettin 2 BTL's so what VC config would i get them in and hoiw would i wire them??
