  7. You open an old thread just to ask what car? Whats the relevance of the car? Ford Mustang if it makes a difference.
  8. Turn your caps lock. I used to use woofersetc.com as well until I heard sketchy things from them as well.
  9. Last time i talked to SteveMead, he had one left and he is local.
  10. It depends on too many factors for anybody to tell you if the the XFLs can handle more than rated period, such as: listening habits, enclosure, if you can tell if your stressing your subs etc.

  12. How many ssa subs get bad ratings. I think they have one of the best line of subs made in America from all American parts.Just my personal opinion. Every brand has bad ratings, SSA is not exempt. Does it mean they put out bad quality, no. Just that people will find anything to complain or bitch about. Ive seen a few people bad mouth SSA even a member on this forum some years back, but it is far and few between. I am sure even if SSA did happen to put out a bad product.."which I do not believe would happen"...I am sure Aaron would make up for it a 100%....Nowhere did i say they put out a bad product or didnt have good customer service, not even hinted at it. But thanks for trying. Having bad ratings does not mean you have to have bad products

  14. Crutchfield has always been more expensive when buying any car audio products, just may be there mark up or businsss strategy.
  15. I shop at sonicelectronix.com all the time and no hiccups come to mind. With onlinecarstereo.com make sure you call to see if they have the product in stock, the website will say it is but they might not. Depends but usually at sonicelectronix.com you get a free wiring harness with your radio purchase or at least a discounted price if the harness is expensive.
  16. Happy Birthday man, enjoy it
  17. Hot new sub years ago, kinda late. Everybody wants TEAM subs now
  18. How is your Zv4 treating you?
  19. Very detailed thread, wish others would pay attention and take notes. Out of three you mentioned, can you find a local car audio shop or place that sells care audio to demo anyone of those components? What are your mounting locations, what amp will you be using, any deadening or treatment on the doors?
  20. I used a good amount of 6.5" pro audio drivers from Eminence, O2 Audio, Selenium, Rockford Fosgate etc. The Soundqubed's were my least favorite.
