well i guess ill chime in as im one of the few spl bassheads... stiffening the box can do a few things.. make the impedence go WHOA is one.. ( ie higher box rise ) which can make u get less power and make ur score go down... ( im pretty sure thats how it goes stiffer = more imp rise but im kinda tired so i may have it bassackwards )

i dunno really.. with this odd shape how A it will sound B how loud it will get, or how long to make the aero....im guessing a single 4 inch that is 12inches long or so would suffice

do u have access to a aero port? cuz i think a single 4 inch aero would work good or maybe 2 3 inch aeros on on each side
