Brings a story to mind, but we ain't going there

Did a volunteer thing a couple years back. I got stuck helping blow up balloons. A whole chit load of them. We had a bunch of helium tanks going to town in a little freaking hall way for about 5-6 hours straight. Drugs and or alcohol just don't compare

if it was white you wouldn't here <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I was about to say the same for here. If you changed the color to white you would probably have bretheren show up

We've got a few things to work on. Our hitting has been good, but they need work on fielding. We bat everybody on the team, and when the ball gets back to the pitcher, the runners can't go to the next base. So when the last batter is up, I tell the kids to throw it to the pitcher, not to worry about getting an out. Both times Tuesday they tried to get the runner out. So I'll have to have a talk with them about that, and a talk about throwing the ball all over the field trying to get the runner out. Some of them don't realize that 1/2 the team can't catch, and you can't throw the ball to 2nd and 3rd base because the kid playing there isn't great at catching. Other than that they are doing good. I have an 8 year old, that I've pitched to overhand I'd guess I was throwing around 50 mph and he was knocking the crap out of the ball. But the rules call for underhand pitching. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Mine are a little older, 10-12. Everybody still has to bat and play in the field at least three outs. Overhand pitching, but they make us use those d@mn rif balls. The only thing positive I can say about those, is that they teach a kid to make good centered contact between the bat and the ball. Cause if they don't, it goes absolutely no where. Man we used real baseballs in t-ball when I was little

Saw they won the other day. My team isn't doind so hot. I got a young Mickey Mantle in a girls body, but she can't do it all herself.

D@mn it , I forgot to download THE pics from my camera. I got a pic of the magic wall in the primered neon. But I don't think I actually got a pic of it. I felt like I spent a day on the set of the billy version of fast and the furious.

Read that a while back. Price of the shot doesn't matter too me. I have a 50 lb bag of number 8 shot in the garage from my days of loading shot gun shells. Clay was my original choice, until I got to thinking about the lead. I'm gonna play around a little when I get home and test some things

Okily dokily, in the middle of building my kicks. Was thinking of ways to deaden them. Got to thinking about the idea behind using mat's and such. Correct me if I'm wrong here, but isn't the idea behind them to add enough mass so that the offending resonations are either stopped. or moved out of the audible range. With this in mind, I got to thinking of best ways to add mass and came up with an idea. I have a rather large stash of lead shot ( used to reload shells for my dad ) . Any thoughts on coating the inside of the kicks with an epoxy lead shot mix ? Seems like it would work. Any input would greatly be appreciated.
