  3. If you spill it on the table by accident, and have time to wipe up the spill before it eats through the table, It's not strong enough I don't think normal city folks understand the potency of REAL honest to god, GOOD Shine. I'll see if I can't get a selection
  4. Congrats my brother, parenthood is a wonderful thing.
  5. Actually I have a quart of home made whiskey sitting right here. Pretty smooth actually almost as smooth as crown royal I'll bring the router and circle jig ( Yep, got another ). We can cut what ever rings you want

    Welcome brother man.
  19. I should be finished and ready for vinyl hopefully before Christmas barring incident. So anytime after the holidays sounds sexy to me
  20. Easy now, I'm from just down the road in the noke
  21. Thought you would like that. Nothing says High Class German auto more than John Deere
  22. Yep, how about some construction pics First thing I made was a backing plate to seal up the pods. Here it is trimmed up and in place then we started door with the door panels all taped up, and cuts marked I would normally use an air powered body saw for cutting. But my stupid compressor is on the fritz. So here's my weapon of choice for this project. And here is after all the cuts were made. Aaron turn your head Notice the wood divider I had to make. There was a factory speaker grill in the way that had to go. So out it went, and the brace was put in place to seperate the crossovers. Now on to mounting rings where we want them. This is what I used to mount the rings. Glue gun, and gigantic high temp glue sticks That's some big d@mn glue sticks Sorry for the chitty pic Now let's position the back plate and door panel Notice the 1/4" inch gap between the back plate and the door panel. Did we screw up ? Nope, gotta leave room for fleece and vinyl Here we have the rings glued into position except for the tweets, had to build in two stages. THen we stretch fleece over everything and smooth out any wrinkles before we put any resin on. I don't know if you can tell what is printed on the fleece, but Nothing says Mercedes quite like John Deere I put the first coat of resin on the fleece, and that's where I'm at, at this point. Resin takes quite a while to cure in this crappy weather we're having in hillbillyville. SHould hopefully have more pictures tomorrow
  23. Just say the word.
  24. Thanks for the compliments guys. Vladd: He should have, they only stand out 5 1/2 " at the highest point. And that is at the front at the dash. With 200w a door, leg room will be less of a concern than hearing loss
  25. Anytime after Christmas works for me.
