its actally about 5.7 after bracing and displacement, is it too big?

been looking at the audiopipe horn and bullet tweeters...wondering if they are any decent, and what is the advantage of horn or bullets over regular tweets

can you make a port that is part internal and part external...such as 5 inches external and 12 inches internal to get a certain frequency rather than L-ing it? and what is total port length bc on the re site calculator it will something like port 1-12 and port 2-3, and then the port length will be like 19...so how do you figure out how long to make the port

when you build a box with a square or round port, isnt it nearly impossible to stay within the 12-16 sq in of port area per cube rule? if so what is the rule for those? and when making a external port it is still the same length as if it would be internal correct, only it is on the outside...

i came across PAP WMD 18's for only 175 per on their website. does anyone have any input on these things? power handling? (says 1,000) weight? whats theyre best tuned at and box size? how they hit lows or are they straight comp subs? anything is appreciated cuz 175 for a normally 400 dollar woofer seems too low, or maybe something worth jumping all over

if you take a fully loaded btl D1 coils and wire up one autotek mean machine 1500d to each coil would it put each amp at 1 ohms since its a 1 ohm coil?

ive already got the big 3 all done in 1/0 with terminals soldered and all the goods, but im gonna install the alt soon and i was wondering if its necessary to double up on the 1/0 or no? and it says in the paperwork to add another ground from the closest ear on the alt to the frame..is that necessary too or just a good idea?
