run them at 1ohm or do you already have the subs? You can epoxy some MDF inside the box to take up volume.

Thanks Steve Only ST I found that I can cross over @ 3000 and still feed some power to. The Seleniums I have 5000 is about as low as I could go. Horns would prolly be my best bet, but they are $$ and a bitch to tune from what I have read. I am trying to keep it simple.

Update: Wrapped the pods in vinyl today. What a pain in the ass this was. Oh and a heat gun gets hotter than a mother fiucker even on low heat ! And before you go there Jay-cee and The Tatman....... yes you did try to warn me, but I am a knuckle head and had to try it. They turned out pretty ok, but nothing extra special. There are some stretch marks, mostly on the bottom. That was by design as it wont be seen. If I had it to do over again, I would not use vinyl and would have just painted them. From the sound of it, I may be doing it again like it or not if the vinyl starts letting lose. Looks good now tho, so fingers crossed. Here are the really shitty indoor pics, but I will take some better shots outdoors tomorrow. In the group shots it looks like there is a wrinkle on the front right pod, but I just went and checked and to the eye it's not there. I was very damn close to pitching a full blow fit! I am ready for this project to be over. It has kicked my ass and I am ready to move on to the sub enclosure.

Yes there is tax, but you would need to send it to my paypal account separately. You just send the cost of good and shipping to SSA.

Dont know but I would bet money you could fit another set of 6.5's in the rear. Cut a baffle out of MDF and attach it to your door then mount the 6.5's. Get out your tape measure and double check.

Thanks man! I appreciate that. Which time? Ha Ha Seems I didnt think through the first attempt and they would not flush up to the door. Price you pay when you are teaching yourself I guess. This is the 3rd week on this set, but at least I took the time to make sure these will fit. Now I just need some damn speaker wire.

Running rears just for more volume. I wanted to run one driver in each door. I believe the 10 will be right up there with 2 8's as far as volume and will definitely sound better with one driver. I want it to get loud as hell, but I still want it to sound somewhat good at lower volume too.
