Ah, watercooling ftw. Of course you would still need a fan, but with 6.5v running to 2 Nexus fans the background noise in my house is higher. With a waterblock you could probably run like 3v to it on the radiator and have no troubles. I put those in my cpu which is my tv/stereo music source but the dang video card and processor fan dominate (both Zalmann quiets too), I finally just put the PC in the other room. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My home PC is the loudest thing ever, I just got the point where I said "Screw this" and let all 7 fans roar.
