Denon, if u can find one that is . I would also recomend Eclipse, may look plasticky, but it's a very good HU, it 'eclipse' pioneer and alpine literaly, besides F1 and ODR.

I own the Solo speakers from Avantgarde acoustics for home theatre set up, and damn they sound sweet, different than any speaker i've listened to, more 'emotionally' involved, they do get loud too. Planning to upgrade to Duo for the main speaker if money permit (Bass horn will be nice too) .

Just out of curiosity, which company that you guys know of that use TC sounds as their 'hidden' partner?? Lots of people mention Eclipse, anyone else??

I've got knocking sound from one of the Type S i own. Everytime the cone move, sth inside is like knocking the cone.

Will 1000rms be too much for the 12 RL-p?? Wat box size will be suitable for that kind of power??

I think the SS rlp12 use TC9 technology, there are other technology that TC (TC2+, etc) has. Someone with better knowledge can clear this up

I definetly going to buy it, but damn shipping to australia cost an arm and leg. Was planning to buy one 12 and one 15, but the shipping put me off. So i might just buy one driver. For SQ (sometimes loud too), which size should i get?? Does bigger size cone affect the 'agility' of the woofer to reproduce sounds?? I currently have two 15 Orion 2ntense in 4 cuft with Soundstream Rubicon 1002, great combination those two, have had them for 6 years, wanna try sth different. Appreciate the input guys.

How do these two subs rated against each other SQ wise?? Similar sounding? Does size matter for achieving better SQ?? or it's just a gimmick?? Sorry for asking heaps of question

I'm very keen on buying the Rl-P from soundsplinter, i've heard all good thing about them, absolutely nothing bad. Recently my cousin purchase an idmax woofer, 12 inch one, it sounded awesome, the best sounding woofer i've ever heard. question is, how are the Rl-p compare to this IDmax woofer?? Are they comparable in SQ term?? Price wise, SS is defintely more attractive. So anyone with experience with those two drivers please feel free to post your comment. Thanks in advance.
