  1. Thanks man but everything is wired good just got done pulling the box and wiring 4 ohms, Im stumped the vids are deff really generous about the flex thats happening, but to the ear its not loud as it should be, the dash barely if at all has any flex and door mirrors barely move.
  2. Should be fine with that SSF and x'd at 80. You were wired like this when you had it wired to 1 right? I know this says 2ohm, but the result will be a 1 ohm load on your dual 1 pair. Ya except each sub had it own + - wires coming from the terminals.
  3. Ya im gonna try and seal off the trunk with some sheets towels etc. Amp I think is set to around 60-70hz with the subsonic is set at 28hz, sub level on H/U is set to +3. HU Xover is set to 80hz. Cool. I am thinking it will help you. I would use one or the other crossover. Turn the one on the amp all the way up and leave the HU at 80 or set the HU through and leave the amp alone. Using both will give you a really steep slope. Whats that box tuned to again? 32Hz

  5. Its hard to say, but they seem to be moving normally!
  6. Re-wired @4ohm http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGHTEQl-Wn4
  7. To say, at the moment would not draw a crowd if it wasn't for the wheels!. And as far as metering, Id only show the vid if I was shocked. definitely not even mid 40's.
  8. I dont know what you are expecting out of it. But that is some crazy flex. Maybe upgrade the electrical a little more so your voltage doesnt drop that low. To say the least I know what 150+ is like and I think the cam I am using is generous and this feels and sounds like 141 at best.
  9. WOW should I give up and part it out I dunno
  10. gonna pull the box and rewire for 4 ohms and see what happens, Im deff having voltage issues that amp pulls tons of current.
  11. Here's a vid did a lil more tuning etc got a bit better.
  12. Ya thanks man I hear the acoustics of these cars are shitty, I hope i can find the culprit.
  13. Wired to 1ohm and ya fixed ssf to 28hz, and voltage gets down to low 12's rarely.
  14. Ok guys it's up and running, BUT I am having trouble getting expected or desired results. I have tried the box rear and front firing, and to say the least does not sound near 3400wrms. any help would be appreciated. And subs seem to easily bottom out while having little output.
  15. Ok some more pics! And now a sigh of relief, it fits! Now I have to wire it up vids soon.
  16. Oh O' what do we have here! HMMMMMMM! Could it be? Oh man And now a sigh of relief, it fits! Now I have to wire it up vids soon.
  17. Thanks Andrew, Ill post the rest when i take some.
  18. A vid of the hdc3 15's on the 1st gen AQ3500d in the deville, kinda shitty but its the only one i had.
  19. Stefan What camera are you using!
  20. Looks like lots of fun, wish I could get a demo, oh well congrats that is one bad ass truck.
  21. The subs are Audioque HDC3 15's, and ya the box in the pics is actually 2 seperate enclosures i had the subs forward and the ports were side firing at the rear.
