You will be fine you were probably not even seeing 1500rms to begin with at 1ohm is what i assume you were running it at, impedance rise will prob put you over 1ohm anyway so you should be fine just watch your voltage and gain on the amp.

Jake im going to redo the sealed top of box due to some small leaks first before i actually alter the port so i can eliminate any factors of that nature.

front ported chamber before porting is 8.69 cubes rear sealed is 3.3

Jake right now the port is 17x10x10 dead centered and to the very front of the box.

Well its pretty much done its up and running an louder than my old aq setup, but im having some tuning issues its playing too high for what i want so gonna have to figure out how to alter the porting.
