  10. hmm. def. something to try. Take out anything that could be an option. what scores have you got so far? are you needing another .2 db or 3db?
  11. tried facing the port any way other than up? This the only box you've tried?
  12. Best use of smily ^^^ Have you tried the "flip a coin" method mentioned before?
  13. low voltage can lead to bad signal which will make the speaker sound like poop.
  14. K hope I'm doin this right. Thanks a bunch! I put my meter on it and found out it's a dual 2 ohm. Currently have a VT (virtual technologies) Hammer 10 in a T-line and hoping to switch to the FI with the same amount of power but with maybe a different sound. The VT is a dual 4 ohm (400 RMS) I have about 750 to it now. Hoping the FI will do better with more power? Hey you got your quote right! haha nice As far as output, i have no idea how tlines work. So i cant give you any hope for getting louder, sorry. I don't want to say something and have it be completely wrong.
  15. its all good. Welcome to SSA! Don't know what you're doing but your quotes are their own post. They should be with what you reply...
  16. That's just the coil. IIRC you cant just look and see which options a sub has/doesn't have. Unless they do the sharpie on all the subs. ill go check mine.. Hey, never noticed that! Good call. +1 for BAMF.
  17. That's a lot of power to be messing with on your first build/car. Remember to keep learning and have an open mind to what you see. A lot of internet jumbo can be taken with a grain of salt. Just because a sub has a lower RMS doesn't mean it wont get loud. 2 12s with a 500 watt RMS have a lot of potential to get louder than a single 15 off of 1,000 rms. Cone area really helps. What do you have to compare to? What kind of systems have you heard/been in?
  18. Just seeing your brand new batteries out of their box makes me want mine so bad. Ordering in a couple days.. couple days.. Lets see some build pics.!
  19. It's too old for twisted. he had it for nearly a month maybe? Ain't that the truth? lol
  20. its just supposed to go along with the talk show theme.. It's all just for fun He hasn't come out with any more talk shows since that one.
  21. Love that character. Nice subs, cant wait to see what you can do with them!
  22. On one of your videos you said that there was only one video of these on youtube, was that Edwin T. Socket's video review on these subs?
  23. Looks good, just a little much to go in my car
  24. What if you really do blind someone temporarily and they do swerve to get out of the light and hit someone? Not the best thing to be doing, should really think about aiming those to prevent this from happening. Don't get why my last post got - rep.
  25. Give this a listen. Really digging it.
