Beware! Skar Audio poor customer service
Personal experience isn't needed to know that you don't want to do business with someone. Why the hell would you buy a product after you've seen years of people buying from the same company get screwed over or receive horrible CS? That's why we're taught history in school; so we don't make the same mistakes they made in the past. You learn what was done right in the past to model what to do today without negative outcomes. As for how many companies don't know what they're doing-the number of them don't matter. What matters are the companies that actually do know what they're doing, and who do actual modeling and real world testing before they release a product to the public. I don't know about you, but I would 1000% rather spend my money with the latter company. They're the ones who deserve it and are going to be there years down the road if I have any problems with their products. I've run Fi and SSA subs because of this exact reason. I talk with Aaron on a daily basis through these forums or Facebook, and I know mark or anyone from Fi are here if I need them as well. WHERE IS KEVIN?!

Noob with wire gauge problem
I'm going to assume you will want to up the power sometime in the future so i would suggest to just jump in and get nice OFC 1/0 gauge from the start. You can run 1 ohm, just keep the gains down to keep your voltage safe.

5100r installation help
what kind of posts are you wanting? You can get some bolts from any hardware store (m6), is that what you're talking about? Or you can check out what is offered here. http://store.soundsolutionsaudio.com/categories/batteries-and-electrical/xs-power/accessories.html

Update on my order please?
Would you rather them answer every single person's multiple emails on why their sub hasn't arrived yet, or build the subs and get them to you?

Another Q or Bl post......I know
Answer is the same 99.999999999% of the time and it's never the Q. Port sizes should NEVER be referenced to box size. That is not at all how to choose a port size. The ONLY parameter that matters is air velocity. Completely wrong assumption. The BL will do better in your space for your goals, by a lot. I also forgot to mention another big reason I picked the Q is because my last setup really lacked the low notes. Like no low notes at all. And everywhere I read from people who had the Q and the BL, some even at the same time so they were able to test both, said the Q did this much better. They also said the audible loudness was no different what so ever except for the Q could really get those low notes, but they could see different numbers on the term lab. So I'm not so sure that your right that I made the wrong decision. Also why should port size never be referenced to box size when you have to have more port area the bigger the box hence the general rule of what some say 12in to 16in per foot for slot port and 9in to 13in for aero ports. Also the vent Mach was better with the Q for my enclosure. But just a question have you ever listened to both the Q and bl in the same enclosure? (Also with the same power to each) If you already knew the answer to your question, why did you ask?

Question on power cable routing
I believe the only thing to worry about is wire exposure. If you're able to protect it well enough (if it needs any more than the standard jacket) then you can run it under your truck, will probably be easier as well.

Power Wire
Scroll down for different colors. I've never bought any so I don't know where to get any at a good price, but here is a start! http://www.parts-express.com/term/wire-loom?srch=wire+loom
