using different indepence levels
thats wat i thought. but he has 1500.1 mono block (350 watts@4ohm, 750@ 2ohm, or 1500@1ohm), and a 4ohm dvc and a 4ohm svc.

using different indepence levels
hes got a mono block. k so if i want to get a 1 ohm load then u would just run them both parallel then.

using different indepence levels
i would never mix independance levels, ever. this guy i kno needed help with his system. so i looked at his wiring on his woofers and he had 2 of the same brand woofers and model but had a 4ohm svc and a 4ohm dvc hooked up. im just curious, wat would happen if you hooked up a 4ohm dvc sub and a 4ohm svc sub togther? or is there a way u can hook em up?

whats the difference in 1/2" and 3/4" mdf
i guess im gonna have to make the boxes alittle bigger then.

whats the difference in 1/2" and 3/4" mdf
well i was originally gonna use 3/4". im building a big wedge shaped box. 2 12" Mtx 5500 thunder subs. the only reason i ask is cuz i got an extra 0.12 cu. ft of airspace if i go with 1/2" but i didn't think that 1/2" would hold up and probally wouldn't sound as good. and another question. these 12's need 1.25 cubes and i planned the boxes to be 0.75 cubes so should i use poly fill or sumthing similar?

the best 10" sub in a sealed box with sum wicked lows?
well i was looking at those and they seamed pretty good. but it needs .75 cu. ft or .90 cu. ft for omptimal response. thats a fair amount. these would be going in a 99 ranger single cab. how good r the soundsplinter rl-i10's? or the incriminator 187 10's?

the best 10" sub in a sealed box with sum wicked lows?
well i wanted 8's but i like spl. i have a 10" Jl w0 in a sealed cube and that thing slams. im looking for sum 10's that really slam but dont require alot of airspace. ive looked around and cant really find any that are under .75 cu. ft. im looking for sumthing thats under $150. so wats the best 10" sub that performs good in a small sealed box? thanks

how do u really make a ported box, without guessing?
when i make enclosures all can make is sealed enclosures. but id like to start and learn how to make a ported enclosure. i kno theres alot that goes into making these awsome boxes. i want to know how do u kno where walls should go and how big ports should be. and basic stuff like that. this is my first ported box. i got a 10" jl w0 in a sealed box that im not using and wanna make a ported box for that. sounds great but i wanna learn how to make ported enclosures. so how do u do it without guessing? thanks.

cool. will they do good in sealed encloisures? there coming out with new 8's? damn. i was suprised when i heard these subs. they sounded aswome for 8's. i was impressed. so how do i go about on ordering them? im not gonna get em probally for another week or so, until i get the enclosures built and amps hooked up. and i just figured id ask but do they have warrantys?

aa 8" assassin questions
ive never heard of aa subs before till i heard the 8" assassins on youtube. i was impressed. i was wondering wat the 8's run for. and how good do they hold up? and where can i get sum if i decide that these r the ones. if i get 3 of them will a 1500.1 crunch amp power them pretty good. i looked em up and there rated at 250rms so i figured they can candle it. the one thing i like bout em is how low the sealed enclosure requirements r. thanks

amp wiring
the 1/2" mdf works good. the 2 enclosures behind the seats r the same size and the one up front is probally the same. but i rewired my system 2day. jay-c76 helped me. used 4 gauge then used 8 gauge after the dist. block. took me a while to do it, but it works great. im gonna finishing installing my 2 5x7" alpine type r's 2morrow.

amp wiring
well currently this is wat i have -3 12" cali profiles -koiiler 1000 watt 2 ch.. bridged amp for the subs -insignia 500 watt 2 ch. bridgeable amp for the speakers -all 8 gauge lightning audio power wire( just got 4 gauge tsunami power wire with a dist block and 2 8 gauge wires to the amps) -1 farad rockford fosgate capacitor -16 gauge stinger speaker wire -stinger rca's -jvc kd-s24 deck -3 custom built 1/2" mdf boxes 2 r .45cu. ft and 1 is .55cu. ft thats pretty much it. i dont think i forgot anything.

questions bout the sundown e8
aight i was on youtube and saw 2 sundown e8's in a ranger and was very impressed. they would be goin in my single cab ranger. i want 3. i read that they require 0.280 cu. ft of air which will be awsome cuz my boxes are .45cu. ft. there sealed enclosures. but id like to kno wats the max power these things can handle? How mcuh do they go for? they seam really bad ass. im trying to compare these to the 8" kicker l7's. thanks.

small enclosures for 12's, but have no excursion
juice0723 wats the mounting depth on the 10" phoenix golds? the 8" kicker l7 requires .33 cu.ft of air and the 10" l7 requires .66 in a sealed box. just to let u kno. its not like they need a full 1. cu. ft.
