They are respectful when they do respond. However, that's not the whole 9 when it comes to customer service in my eyes. If the customer, months down the road, is still down $600, and no working product, it's just not acceptable. Like I said, I think they may just have too much on their plate and if so, they need to rethink some strategy. I'm sure they will get you taken care of it's just going to take time, which sucks. Remember, you can always put on a nice shirt, but it doesn't mean you're being nice.

They will come in here and tell you they care, then make you wait 3 more months. If they are seriously this overwhelmed with orders they need to back off a little bit until they can catch up. Sorry if I'm ranting in your thread bro but it's just kind of bothering me at this point. I don't think I will ever order an alternator from them unless they make some changes.

I don't think the problem is from not enough port area.. It is most likely from not flaring the ends of the PVC for the port.. I've seen quite a few builds using PVC pipe that is not flared with no port noise.

I heard those birth sheets are unreliable. It's not like you are going to get a constant amount of power anyway. I just rather spend the money on something I know without a doubt will do the power. Relying on a 1000w amp to be overrated to 1400w is a bit sketchy for me but maybe that's just me.

So this alternator would fit my 2006 Cadillac DTS? I missed the August sale due to being laid off but just got another job so I'm in the market again!

there asking 500 which is a tad over my max spending. even at 450, its a little much for me. and i wont be purchasing a amp for atleast another month if not longer. I highly suggest saving your money until you can buy something worthwhile. Remember, you get what you pay for. $400 for 3k is hard to find unless you come across a killer deal in the Classifieds. ya. thats where i got the x's from. there are some hella good deals on there. my buddy might get this kicker zx1000 in a trade deal and he said he would sell it to me for $130 and its the newest version out so if that happens, ill just find another one. the do like 1400 watts so i think that should be good for each solo x. it all depends on what goes on with his stuff. How do you figure it does 1400 RMS?
