if you deaden correctly there won't be any rattle but there's no sure answer if there would be a loss of output, it all depends. so basically you're have to try it out for yourself. but my assumption is that it'll lose output.

m5's are my favorite ..to look at.

i have 1 15" BTL and i have great output, and hit in the 140's. but 4 10s has much more cone. but 2 15s would be even better like jay-cee said i'd do two 12" or 15" BLs on 1 Sundown SAZ-2000D. i think you'd be quite satisified.

unfortunately it may actually make it harder for quality product to sell, and more garbage to be sent out. headphones can be pretty dangerous especially the in ear kind. yea very true. but good thing i rarely use headphones anymore my car gets the job done as far as listening to music and such.

ohhhhhh those are the monster ones ok i see now, my b. i'd never pay that much for headphones, wtf. i could buy a pretty nice woofer for that. there's actually alotta things i could buy for my system.

does that increase or decrease the tuning of the box? Shouldn't do anything to tuning as long as you keep the same overall length. Same with 45 degree corners, just account for them in your design. thank you sier.
