sorry 1500-2000 @ 1 or 2 ohm? you did say 1700rms at 2ohm but if those are d4 subs you can wire them to 1ohm or 4ohm if you are interested i am selling my sae 1200d which puts out 1770 rms at 12.6volts (200$ shipped)

1/0 is what i used for my 1200d and i was very pleased with the performance!

if you still have the noise have you looked into rca ground blocks? part express sells them pretty cheap. also i don't know if these are good or bad i know i used them and they worked lol!!

there is a good idea! i like it! maybe i will make a L shaped bracket out of mdf and carpet it and attach it to my other piece of mdf over the top of the amp....i will have to play with this idea now! thanks!

i used a slot port and i can't believe how loud my 15inc NS sounds! and i put mine in a 3.0cubic box after displacement with a double front baffle!! if i were you i would use 2 6inch aero's or just go to a slot port!! for slot ports you can use that RE-Calc it works pretty good and is pretty accurate!

caps= fanzy and expensive volt meters!! (which are also not to accurate either, or so i was told)

OKay first off i am looking for a new h/u to replace my current one! i DO NOT even know if a h/u like this exist or is even worth the cash! here is what i am looking for 3.5inch screen or bigger but not 7inch(touch if possible) 1.5din i currently have a kenwood 817 flip out h/u and i don't care for the flip out thing plus i don't watch movies all that much I can NOT fit a double din in my dash and single dins look a litlte crappy in my 1.5din mounting area. basically i want to get a 1.5din screen if possible, touch would be awesome. but maybe i am looking up the wrong seach idea's b/c i can't seem to find any! so i thought i would jsut post a thread and see what ppl know about or if they even exist! i drive a 95 grand am! Hey guys as stated some pics!! enjoy as you can see i moved the relay some, so it is out of sight, plus i even TRIED to clean up some of the wiring from the fans! OKAY now i need some help!!!! see my batteries? well do you see that crap load of wires on top of it? well i want to clean all that up so i need some BUSS bars! so now i need to ask alumium or brass(copper)? also should i use STAIGHT pieces (whihc will make my bars on a slight angle b/c the batteries are perfectly inline) or pieces which have a " __|--- " (zig zag) shape in it? (so a custom busbar rather then a straight one?) let me know what you guys think and thanks a lot!!! Kenneth

umm but i can't just use any battery charger right? it has to be able to charge a lead acid battery? or should i be looking for a lead acid battery charger?
