total so far is 2x 3000ds and 2x 100.2s gotta pre order my 100.4
  5. any bullet/horn tweeter is loud as hell. lol
  6. bastard, i just bought 2 brand new 100.2s for 380 shipped, 40 more bux and i coulda had these!
  7. Ill vote for that one
  8. get a d2 so you dont have to bother with .5 ohm. no need to, 1 ohm is fine
  9. should be good. do you already have the sub? if not, try and get d2 so you can just run the amp at 1 ohm. that amp @ 1 ohm will be PLENTY for that sub, and will be easier on your electrical.
  10. id assume yes.. lol
  11. i want the first pair of 18s!
  12. lol, yes having a wee bit of a problem though, with getting all the mids to fit in my door, without a few of them hitting the seat.
  13. lol @ 5 hour energy shot hahaha nice set up though!
  14. jake- what is the cutout dimension on these? my selenium 6.5" mids are going to have a hard time fitting in my door panels the way i want...these would give me an extra .7125" of clearance over the seleniums.
  15. thats what im leaning at, and running a 100.4 @ 3 ohms per channel, keeping the gains low, i'd say roughly 30w+ each. the 50.4 would prally be not enough power, or should i run that? (again, at 3 ohms per channel) what do you think the 100.4/50.4 would put out at 3 ohms/ch?
  16. all 16 tweets............lol the 16 mids will be powered by 2x 100.2s (8 mids per amp) i was going to get a 100.4 for all 16 tweeters, i think i came up with a 3.3 ohm load per channel (4 mids per channel) each tweet is 3 ohms, DMM reads 3.3 ohms.... what would be the best way to do this? really dont need more than 25w per tweeter at most.
  17. keeps raining on and off..pissing me off anyways i made the amp rack for the 100.2s. i could have just screwed them to the front of the wall, but i wanted to make an amp rack for them that will be covered in suede, accenting the walls trim panel which will be vinyl plenty of room the little notch in the center where it looks like i hacked at the wood is becuase my center console cupholder wouldnt clear it unless i did that this is my rear hatch emergency release, currently the ONLY way to access the trunk lol...im gonna tech-flex over that wire to make it look nicer, and i have that little grommet to go in that hole. why i had to notch the amprack in the middle filled some spots in the port...will re paint it soon
  18. my wall is going to love these my suspension, engine, and tranny isnt though edit- as well as everything else on the car LOL
  19. i was scared when i turned it on it was gonna blow this amp, becuase my HU was messed up (ended up having to ground the RCAs...pioneer HU...) and that fixed it, but the other day it blew my mtx ta7402 (smoked a couple FETs) dont know why..but the sundown is fine, maybe the mtx was just bad, idk,,never blown an amp before. im gonna shoot you an email about the mtx though, you may know the answer im looking for.
