  1. I see nothing wrong with those stats, you gain around 3 db typically with a ported versus sealed and those stats seem pretty close to that. In competition, anyincrease in Db can win you that trophy.
  2. THe kicker Solo's aren't too shabby. You might want to take a look at Tang Band 8's as well as I have heard they are fairly comparable to the RE's.
  3. Yeah, one guy made minealmost a half inch off :thud:
  4. I heard an Alchemy in a shop as well, custom box but not sure of size, sealed. The SQ is superb, SPL is not bad but nothing to brag about.
  5. when has that ever stopped anyone from telling a joke in here
  6. ok ... leave me hangin here about this so called joke :thud:
  7. NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! why not? it is latin for great, large. maximus is the superlative, meaning greatest
  8. Why not just drop the "m" and and add a "s" and call it Magnus?
  9. man so if you add another magnum now, it'll look strange
  10. Damn that thing moves
  11. a 600.1 version of those will do just fine.
  12. They can handle that much thermally, but i would seriously watch the gains with either of those amps. You will only need around 300-400 watts, if even that much, per sub to get them going.
  13. I know I have long since been corrupted
  14. Every sony HU i've ever seen in my friends' installs have had problems in less than a year :thud:
  15. I heard a kicker dx700 on a ported one (34hz) with only 350 watts and it was still decently loud and sounded great.
  16. I've always wondered if the Nemesis series was that different from the Zeus series...

Ouch, i wouldn't pay that much for that setup new :thud: I would not be surprised if he got no bids

  19. Well, give us some computer stats. I bought my ECS laptop in January.
  20. the midbass are 160 a pair. The component set is 360 I believe. I just have the midbass nd have had probs trying to get some more midbass out of em but my electrical system is half-dead, so that may be a reason.
  21. I am a panasonic fan so i want one of these HU's Interesting that they use a tripath cchip, i'm assuming they're the first
  22. You should add bunch of different sizes, would be easier for some of us to install
  23. it is ok. i have installed one with 350 out of a kicker dx700 and it is still pretty loud for that little power
