  2. 8 cubes in a trunk!? What kind of measurements? And that's 8 cubes after sub and port displacements right?
  3. I know a guy who hit a 145 off of two fully loaded 12 bl's and I know another guy who a 146 I think or more with a single 12 btl. So maybe 1 15" btl maybe louder depending on your box of course, I have a 15" btl and a box that leaks all over lol and a friend said I might be hitting around 142-145 range.. And it also takes up less space and is cheaper. And would go good with that amp of yours

That's how I felt the other day when I got my 15" btl in!
  10. Try to find someone locally who will build a good box for you or order from pound that sound... It sounds like you don't have much experience with building port tuned boxes and a btl is a monster sub if you don't what your doing then you may fck shit up.
  11. Yea my local dealer sells stinger 0 gauge at 7.75 a foot. Fck that lol
  12. When you order a backordered sub. That you wait a month and a half for.. But you buy some other subs because you can't go a month and a half with no bump..
  13. Hey whats up man i go the same amp as you runnin a 15" Fi BTL right now... well the sub is coming in this week so i will be soon.. you should hit me up next time your in austin i wanna hear those bl's!
  14. Email nick or Scott about it. Sometimes they mess up.
  15. yeah it changed to in transit on thursday.. Expected delivery on the 16th the rest of my shit comes in the day before.
  16. Well considering how much you will be paying for your system.. You want a good alternator so your $2k+ setup will be able to reach full potential... You also should never cheap out on eletrical No power = no output
  17. Well I searched and I couldn't seem to find a better answer then the one shizzzon just gave me and I greatly appreciate that thanks shizzzon
  18. That last part is confusing. It's wire from pos of rear about 12" then fuse then amp
  19. So I just got my 2nd batt and I was thinkin on how to wire it but I'm not sure if I'm right [frnt batt]+----fuse----------------+[rear batt] |----fuse--------------amp correct me if I'm wrong I'm sure I am
  20. x2 or mechman is a good choice
  21. go with one 12, and have a custom box built that will fit your car, there are some people on this forum that will build you the best box money can buy and you will not be dissapointed. oh and dont ever buy a prefab box
  22. Niceeee. Everything is coming in next week. Dynamat. Knu 1/0. And btl will be making a build log! Keep puttin pics up!
  23. Use 3/4" mdf look at the fi website and find out the xmax on a 10" bl. Research research research
  24. Do this. Email Fi, tell them to change it to dual 2. Then take that $700 and order a refurbished saz-3000d from db-r.com Theyre literally right in your price range with shipping included The reason why I said email fi is because if you just ordered your sub recently there's no way they got to it yet because they have about 100 backordered btl's to make first.
  25. mdizzle5472, on 08 July 2009 - 12:04 AM, said: Tip: click inside this box to load the editorIf you are going to buy another sub you could get the saz-4500, and run it at 2 ohms until you get the second sub. Then run both of the subs off the 1 amp at 1 ohm. yea. what he said or do the same with a saz-3500 since the 4500 might be out of your budget that and it doesn't come out for months. He Just ordered his sub I think he wants to play with it.
