That spot just might work for you. Try using some pvc caps to mount the tweeter in. Then use some metal tubing pieces to connect it to the door panel. Not too much fab for this either. Its a quality amplifier and will work at that ohm. It will deplete the life of the amp much faster though. Its all up to you, as its your dollar.

It can be done but it isnt warrantied anymore for that. If you have good electrical, its doable, but not advisable for the average joe that doesnt compete.

I have these speakers as well. Have them in angled 6x9 boxes but I imagine an IB install would sound much better. They do kill on rock though.
