  1. Welcome dude.
  2. Welcome dude.
  3. Is is tomorrow yet?
  4. Who is that and what is the name of the song. I need that.
  5. Damn bro, you had a close one there...wait...yup...you did...fnuck! It was almost like a premonition! Good thing you and your girl are ok. Time to pull the system out.
  6. Are you wanting the amp to be four ohms stereo at that power? Plenty of choices if you bridge an amp though. Do the speakers need that much?
  7. I wouldnt remove anything you dont have to while taking the nut off. He cannot fit 0 gauge on unless the red piece is removed.. and if you do remove it make sure the wire will not ground off on the alt Well if the terminal wont fit on there witht the red piece on, then...Question is, what the hell is the red piece for and can it be removed? Which brings me back here. It looks like the safety barrier for just that reason. Allthough you can always modify it yourself with something. Go easy.
  8. This one is well in your price range and waaaay better than that hifonics. SAZ1000D

He cannot fit 0 gauge on unless the red piece is removed.. and if you do remove it make sure the wire will not ground off on the alt what do you mean by that? i think i can just take the red piece off, then just put the 1/0 terminal over the existing cable. Yes you can but touching the case with the power wire isnt good. The case should be grounded. Grounds and power are seperate.

  11. lol Yes i figured that what was wrong in the first place ... wow 18 volts He said his oscope was the ish, turned it on, and gave it to me. Sure as hell looked nice to me. He must have put it on the wrong setting or something. But I dont know how you can mess that up...wierd.
  12. Ya, good point. Sucks dude. Looks like you might have to play the waiting game. But when you find her, you will be LOUD.
  13. You still have a good electrical system, with only one battery ! It may be better with 2 or 3 agm batts; It seems that the best thing to do, after the big3, is to instal a HO alternator. I'd love to find one that fits my car/engine! Just one Deka 9A31 to top it off with the current setup. I dont really need it but it will come in handy in the future. Sucks you cant find one. What kind of ride and engine size do you have?
  14. They are discontinued I believe so they will be getting harder to find. Why not the 3500D instead? Jacob had a few of them used for $750.
  15. I wouldnt remove anything you dont have to while taking the nut off.
  16. You can try one of these from Db-r and save a little coin. It doesnt mention whether it is old or new style heatsink. Since it doesnt say, then I assume its the new. SAZ2000D refurb
  17. Begin with unscrewing the nut on there. There should be a post there.
  18. If so, this would make a great match with a touch of overhead. Plus its sundown so its hard to go wrong there. SAZ1000D refurb

And from what Chop says about your ride, I dont doubt it. I might have to pick one of these up one day to see for myself also.
  20. No, not really that long at all. I had a problem with customer service over the tax. On the online form I misunderstood the tax info and checked that I was exempt. Turned out they had a warehouse in Cali and there needed to have tax applied. So they called to verify the added amount but I didnt get the message for like two weeks! My bad. Ship time was more like the usual 3-7 business days for ups ground.
  21. That vid is the old one with the BXI2006D. That was pretty loud. I still need to make a new one with the SAZ1500D. The BTL is really moving now. I can hear the difference between the two and its unmistakable.
  22. So far there isnt anything I dont like about the sound of them. They sound great. Even thinking about two pairs but I know the discussions on that subject so I might not even go there. Just need to dial these in and adjust everything to blend it all in.
  23. Installed an SAZ1500D today on the BTL and Im lovin. I can tell the difference right off the batt. This amp is badass. Steady 14 volts plus has this truck slamming. Hits so hard, the cd player skips on the dash so I have to fix that before the volume goes up anymore. SAZ1500D
  24. Here is a little vid too. I have my interior lights on so its all I got without busting out the spotlight! mli65s in the dark
  25. I guess when it becomes too large and uncomfortable next to my leg. It also has to fit between the seat and the dash. I dont know an exact volume though. How would I go about figuring how much volume the pod will have when constructed?
