Sundown Amps and Issue with some RCAs???
I'll save you the trouble. Use cheap rcas as they provide the clearest signal. Foe some reason the nice ones dont work well with sundown and the RFs are horrible I hear.

Is that a good setup?
The 4500D should do the trick. I also know where to find one... You can try one battery to see if it will work. Look into Kinetic, XS, and Deka for some quality batteries. If you dont have a h/o alt though, then it wont even be close. You will need one if you choose to go with around 4k rms. Its not a choice. Ditch the cap and do the big 3 in 1/0 wire. The latter is also mandatory with that much power. You should have several runs of it as well.

Upgrading Electrical
Your first step would be a h/o alt. You can add batteries after when needed. Contact these guys for an estimate. http://www.dcpowerinc.com/ http://www.mechman.com/ http://www.ohiogen.com/ http://stores.ebay.com/Iraggi-Alternator-and-Electronics

Opinions on what to run
What is the max dimensions of the enclosure you can build? This will weed out a few drivers to choose from. And the most important, instead of throwing the driver you want in the wrong enclosure. If your post is about choosing between drivers like 15" BTLs and Xcons, then you arent looking for SQ. You want to be loud.

Need Some Help With a Couple of Choices...
I would go with the BTL if it was me. They are monsters that sound great. They are musical if you choose the daily option over the spl. The spl is more of a one note wonder. So are you saying you have speakers by the rear seat already? Or you have the space for a 6x9 there and want a suggestion? How do you get Tang Band 6x9 "subwoofers" to reinforce midbass?

He wants to keep all four seats in the truck. This is why he has raised his seat level to accommodate for more space without sacrificing seats.

Just to start off my build log
Fresh. Could you have gone bigger with the tv in the dash? Seems a little small for the dash for me. The steering wheel looks good. I want to see it on now!

fi questions
No, not enough for two 12" BTLs. Only one with the aforementioned volume. Instead of downfiring into the deadener, wouldnt it be better to fire agaisnt mdf or plywood perhaps?

Well today I managed to spend a shitload of money and some of the things i bought were: TomTom 125ES gps for $59, Philips portable dvd player with 7" screen for $49, 16 gal wet/dry vac for $20, 32" Emerson LCD HDTV for $244, and a Ryobi 18 volt drill/saw combo for $49. shit 32" for 244 seems good, i dont know shit about tv's but im getting a little 23" lcd computer monitor for $200... idk if i could fit a 32 on my desk tho.. I thought it was a good price no matter what the brand. I figure on going by there after hitting up my other stores but I cant imagine there will be one left after 60 mins. if there are any left after that long id probably not get it.... you figure if ppl skip on a deal like that then there must be something really fucked up with the product. lol im stopping by a place to get my mom a paper shredder but that's it for me... im poor as hell i think im going to get my gf a gps off ebay. i found one like her dads, which works pretty nice, for 50 or 60 bucks used. Too true huh? lol. Plan on getting the Tomtom One 125-SE gps from walmart tomorrow for $59. they have the paper shredder too for $25. What do you think of that gps? Cheapest Ive ever seen. omg thats sweet. thanks for pointing that gps out. ill deff have to pick one of those up instead. gona call it a night, good luck with your shopping edit: a quick search of reivews for the gps seem positive! looks like a good buy I need to get to bed also. Wallyworld opens at 5am and thats my first store. Thanks for the search. I hope I get one. Home Depot...save some shit or me! I LOVE SPENDING MONEY!!

Daily setup
And BL's are on sale for black friday, free cooling + flatwind option ($60 value) Well im not tryna spend over $800, The box is gunna run me around 200... Either way, 12 or 15. Im not dead set on a 12, But goin with a 15 is gunna cost a couple hundred more. Anyway that would leave me with about 600 for a sub and amp. I can get a SA12 for $220 shipped, But Idk if thats the right sub for me. Id love some RD alphas but cant find any decent prices on those. And I could damn near get 2 lethal injections for the price of a BL. But no I havent taken out the 6x9's in the rear deck... Im sure I'll have to if I wanna get sound in the cabin tho. I'll take the armrest out n all that if I have to. Guess well see Well you can cut some money off the box if you build it yourself. You can use that $200 for materials and tools and learn how to make them. Its quite fun and will save you a ton of money in the long run. You can even return the tools (like Home Depot) when you are finished with the box. I did that a couple times. Then you are only out money for the saw blade, wood, glue, screws, caulking, sandpaper, woodfiller, primer, and paint. Which is only about $60-70 and most of that will have leftovers or will still be usable for the next time.

Building my first system
Thank you bigfrank for the Alternator sites. I am planning on building a 5 cubic foot ported box. For the subwoofer placement would you guys recommend facing it towards the cabin of the vehicle or facing it backwards toward the license plate or maybe even upward? I currently have a 1999 Nissan Maxima but I may be getting a SUV around Christmas. No problem. Driver placement is totally different in each vehicle. You just have to see what sounds best to you. Hope for an SUV for Christmas as you will love the BTL in there!
