i will try that. i hope that will work. i have a feeling it might be me doing something wrong. when i use the fade on my HU it doesent fade the speakers correctly would that be an issue with the way the RCAS are?

no not that i tryed everything i could think of. does SSA store cover this? if not they dont have them posted on the SSA store anymore so does that mean i cant buy another one

i orderd a set of 2 mli's from SSA store for my front stage active setup. one of the mli's work great VERY loud n clear with my 100.4. the other mli works but it is very muffled. when i first installed it i only turned the HU up to about 15 just to get some sound from them and i noticed the one mli was muffled. i played with it a bit checked all the wires no cuts no issues. i am not sure how to test the speaker on a DMM? i might have just recived a bad speaker? what do you guys think? thanks!

this weekend i worked on the car some. i installed my voltmeter, when i installed it it said "LO" figured cuz the car wasent on well i was working on it and the batt drained some. so i hooked up a charger and let it charge well i finnished wireing my active front stage and my sax100.4. when i was done i turned the car on and i had nothing playing at all. volt meter went up to 11volts, i drove around and the highest it goes is 11.4. i have the big 3 done. i have an optima g35 under the hood 720 cold cranking amps. when i stop at a red light it drops down back to "LO" witch is under 10 volts. i have an 06 envoy. when i was running my wires and installing everything i noticed the previous owner had a small system possibly cuz there was pre drilled grounds with wire still in the but cut off. lol maybe the ruined the ALT? what do you guys think? thanks! jay-cee helped me with some diffrent ideas but still nothing.

I saw that just thought it was one for the other enclosure somewhere behind that sliding glass rear window. Is that a plastic bag on his front drivers window(saw that earlier also)? If you zoom in on the second window on the drivers side there's some kind of decal in the tint maybe 2 masks in the middle and a bunny on top can't seem to make out the bottom image.

^ lol, why would someone do this it makes no sence, rain ruin the driver and whaever else that might get wet. not to mention thats so ugly and beging for someone to steal them

i can here a diffrence when i turn it on. there is also 2 diffrent ASR settings level 1 and 2, when i put level 2 on it sounds pretty bad. i really dont know what to make of this.

My pioneer 6100BT has a feature called ASR (advanced sound retriever) and i am assumeing all the newer pionner HU will have this feature also will tell you what ASR actully means and does.When i turn on the ASR feature on my HU, it makes the sound/bass in my car louder but more clear like it is supposed to do. so my question to you guys is, Would ASR act like loud/loudness feature on HU? witch you are supposed to have set to off

hey man welcome to the site a buddy of mine has some 12" q's and i love the SQ out of them in my opinion better then JL's the amp i would probobly use would be, 2- saz-1000 My link im sure someone else will suggest 1 amp. i am kinda weired and i like to put 1 amp per sub lol a sealed box would give you more SQ but a good ported box will do fine also i am not sure about the MB q's but mach 5 audio makes a real nice 6.5" speeker check them out at the SSA store i would get some new amps . a big 3 upgrade for sure and a extra battery in the back

i orderd some 6.5" speekers off of jay-cee last week. i had the package waiting for me today. the package it came in was very good alot of bubble wrap so nothing was damaged at all the shipping was instant only took a few days to get sent in. he also insured the package for me and dident charge me extra. jay-cee is a very helpful man, answers any question i have (even if there very easy commen sence questions) a great guy to buy stuff from A+++++++++++++++++++++++++ thanks jay-cee

got a package from my dude jay-cee today (thanks!!) some 6.5" for the back doors just gonna run off the HU i never took pics of the amps and subs befor so here they are heres what the box is going to look like also a quick update i took a week off waiting for more stuff to come in. it will all be here by thursday, i will add more pics this weekend

yeah i am thinking about that spot right next to where my car charger goes.. not sure how big the voltmeters are but i think it will fit there Are you thinking about a Stinger one? or just a regular one Mac- i orderd the stringer voltmeter with the blue led to mach my HU more pics comming this weekend!!
