hey fellaz. i need some ideas for a good set of components for the car. i am running a sax-100.4. what i am looking for is components for the front door and the back door or anything you guys suggest. i am working with $500 could go more if REALLY needed, cheaper would be great also lol 5-1/4" to biggest 6-3/4" with bracket. thanks for the help!

do you guys think this well let me get to this site from my home pc now? for the past month i havent been able to it keeps saying connection timed out when i try to it's the only site i cant get to and its my fav site. i did a hole bunch of trouble shooting if anyone has any ideas let me know thanks! and good luck with the switch!

I would wait until you get ur truck so you can measure everything out and let Nick know whats going on so he can help you. from experience alot of times when you have "pros" build you a box off of something you printed out the useully just put a box together and send you on ur way. take some pics of the blown sub and post them also some pics with the way the wired it would help us help you

you can charge the 2 batcaps at the same time but i dont think you will get a full charge on them if you do all 3 im not 100% though. i dont know if you know this but batcaps as great of a batt as it is they arent great for alt charging or much music they are know as a fast discharge slow recharge the best for burps though i hope i helped if not o well i tried lol if your bored and you have nothing to do just try takeing one of thoes out and seeing what happens. it wont hurt anything

are the battery's grounded together or do you have each one grounded to the car? from the pic it looks like there grounded together, i am no pro but i would assume having each battery grounded seperatly would be better. also make sure ur ground wire is either the same size or bigger then ur power wire,that might help a little. I also read somewhere else on this fourm someone was asking on how many battery's he should use with his 2000D and alot of responces were saying only use 1 battery with the 2000D, 2000 watts isent that much power, so maybe the second battery you have is causeing more of a drop then just having one. hopefully someone else can chime in on what I said.

the sundown 2000d will be great choice and get it well its on sale like they said^^ order from SSA store you will get it very fast!

take some pics and post them! that mite give us an idea on whats going on. also did you make sure you have the right dash kit? take it to ur local best buy they might charge like $20-30 and just let them do it. i know its VERY easy to do but if you let them break it then they have to fix it

thanks, i been on ca.com for some time, i was happy when i had 2 fi ssd 12inchs subs in the past i was lookin for a new sub i was thinkin of geting another audio q 2.5 but for the money i was happy with Fi. I dont know if this is a new thing but has Fi allways charged for shipping. I think when i orderd my ssd's in the past i got free shipping. It wont. It will if you have a small stock alt with 3+ batts. Yeah, ill just be useing the stock alt until the one i order comes in. Hopefully it will be here by the time im finnished. I also went to a car show this past saturday and they had a comp going on wasent bad but everyone was useing alot of the mainstreem companys i did get a chance to show off the BTL tho and alot of eye's opend up when i opend the trunk almost everyone was amazed when i told them more about it and expecally how cheep they are compared to what they were useing. I had my FI shirt on so hopefully they got the website on the back i did have 1 hater that was so up his ass about his polk audio subs

ill be starting a build log here soon jay.... but im getting my new car wednesday its either gonna be a yukon xl or a saburban or maybe a tahoe, whatever i find at the auction. my other equipment is.. saz-2000 sax-100.4 big 3 HU alt. 2 kenetik battery's in the back and an optima under the hood waiting until i get the car to order my components i have a pioneer HU will upgrade later and second skin everywhere fiberglass box (not sure on specs yet waiting on car)

I got my 18" BTL today!!!! I just wanted to say this thing is a beast and looks PERFECT the way they packaged it was good loved the time they took to just do that! I cant wait until i get the rest of my stuff and get this thing running I wanted to say thanks to FI and Nick for all the help. I work in sales my self and i think customer service is the most important thing in sales and the customer service i got from Nick was amazing! defiantly going to refer all my friends over to this site and get FI! BTW nick i still owe you guys $30 for the switch just let me know how i can get that over to you. A+++++++++ for everything being perfect THANKS SO MUCH

hey guys, just a quick question? whats a good battery to get for under the hood? i will be doing the big 3 to my new car i have a 18" btl fully loaded comming and a saz-2000d and a sax-100.4 on the way i have 2 kenetik 800's ill be droping in the back so whats a good battery i should get for the hood i got about $250 Thanks guys

hey guy's just a quick question i am having a box made before my sub comes in so i can just pop it in and get going :) what do you guys think would be better standard MDF box or a fiber glass box? its going an a suburban so i got all the room i need and a fully loaded 18"btl thanks for the help and everything fellaz!

get the SAZ-2000!! one for each sub and strap them!!!! thats what i am getting!! it will be a good setup

hey guys!! i recently purchased a 2002 chevy suburban. I will be using the burban as my sound car instead of my dodge charger so my question is... what components do you guys suggest me getting the car speaker sizes are 5-1/4" all around.. front door,rear door and kick panel. i want to get them on an amp was thinking of a sundown amp for sure because i am getting a sundown SAZ-2000 if you guys can help me out PLEASE figure out what components and sundown amp to get!!
