Wow, i like your instal... First of all, I love Miata MX5, I hope it will be my next car... We don`t have Eclipse HU`s in my country, too bad, I`d realy love to have one. Where is your Eclipse, `cuz I can`t see it in your pics. I want to buy an Audison BitOne and use it with my stock mazda HU, what do you think about that?

Hy, I need help with my new box, as the topic title says. My car is a Mazda3 hatchback; the sub-amplifier is USAmps XT4000.1 (on it`s box it says "CEA" ), I don`t know if my version is overrated or will provide 1500W@1ohm. I want my Fi to play loud, and as low as hell . I`m thinking at a box tuned at 28-30hz. Can anyone help me with a project? I`ll measure my trunk and i`ll post here the max. possible lengths for the box. PS: I`m gonna use the stock HU with a MTX Re-Q sound procesor...

I really need some help to decide what subwoofer amplifier to chose, please check my last post. Yeah, I want your personal opinion, if you were me...

Infos about the car and the future audio setup: Mazda3 Stock HU and remaining like that for the moment because of the beautifull dashbord Alternator: 80AH 0AWG cable (Ground Zero) from the batery to the trunk with 300A fuse SecondSkin sound deadning (damplifier / damplifier PRO in the doors + spectrum) for the begining uDimension JR Comp6 for the front stage Pioneer GM-X1024 for the uDimensions Stock batery now, I really need a deepcycle by the time i`ll first play the subwoofer. Possible sub amps: 1.Viper 2500.1D, the problem: it is rated at 4/2ohms, an my Fi is 2x2ohms. I have read through the forums it can run @daily at 1ohm, I don`t know what to do. Or I can run it at 4ohms with 1200w output... 2. US Amps XT4000.1D, the problem: I heard it is overrated, and the real power is ~900W Both Viper and US A. are 500$, the XT is brand new and the viper is secondhand, bought by a friend from US (ebay). Both are in my house, i only have to decide which is the best for my setup, the prices are the same. 3. DLS Ultimate A6 - Class AB! - 320$ secondhand....I don`t know anything about it, but has a nice price on some local forum. I want a loud sound quality system (I wanted to use "S Q L", but i have read the rules ) that cand play really low on lil john and gorilla zoe for example; that can play realy fast on drum_and_bass, dubstep music and rock; and that can play Jazz occasionally.

Hy there, first of all, please excuse my english! I`m from Romania, Europe , and I`m a new proud member of a Fi Q15. I bought it from a friend of mine, so it`s secondhand. As far as I know, in my country are only two Fi subs (yeah, we don`t have an official dealer); so having a Fi it`s so exotic. Here, there are a lot of DD`s, GroundZero`s, and a few RE Audio`s and Dragster`s (i mean the brands that do our SPL records). Now I have to instal my sistem and build an enclosure for my Fi. I`m looking forward to reading your posts.
