How should I go about getting my money back? If he just bought a TT then he has money to pay me back.

Ive emailed you 3 times in the past 2 weeks, no response. Ive had nothing but let down after let down with you. 3+ Months now and nothing. This is rediculous, I dont give a chit now, Money or box I want somehting.

It really sounds like something is out of phase. WHich means there is a wiring problem somewhere. I doubt you would see that much cabin loss going from an SUV to a car. Ive done it before and Ive never lost tons of bass. IF they get just as loud but sound like ass then you might wanna check rattles, which means it might be sound dampening time.

Sounds like an ideal scenerio for an infinite baffle box

Heres a little of the stuff I've used JVC- I got into car audio using their HU's and I loved them, especially the KD-sh99. Alpine- I switched to their HU's now. Rockford Fosgate- My first system was the original 99-00 15" HX2 with the inverted dustcap and a 500a2. Loved it, the woofers took a beating and I used to run the amps on 2ohm mono daily driver. The only time the amps failed is when I had 3 10w3's wired to 1.3ohms then it cut out. In that same year RF realeased the Power DVC which remains one of my favorite woofers to date. Image Dynamics- When you can get a hold of Fred or Eric they are some of the most helpful people in the world. I love every product of theirs that I have used, including the coaxl ctx6 speaker. My favorite car audio comapny to date. JL Audio- I've had 2 setups of JL one being the 3 10w3's and the other being 2 12w3's. They were purchased on a trade in and I got a pretty good deal considering its JL. I liked the 12w3's ALOT but I didnt really like the 10w3's. I'm not a big fan of 10's in general. RE- Owned the HC loved it, now own SE's, waiting for my return to NY to install them. Adire Audio- Iv only used the Koda comps and they were awesome, the koda midbass is just a greaty little woofer. Cadence- Used 2 of their amps the z7000 and the z9000. Both were hella good amps and you can paint the orange cover a different color, which is a good thing. Stinger- Its the only wire and distro blocks I've used so I have nothing to compare it too. JBL- havent used much except the 1200.1 and I didnt like the amp at all. Dirty sounding, no SS filter it was cheap though.

What kinda sound are you looking for? Overall street bump, SQ,SPL?? There is better for the money out there than what you have listed. Though I will always hold a special place in my heart for hx2's they took an enormous amount of torture by my hands.

I realy liked the looks of the SS but i just couldnt swing it, and for 300 a pop I think I would have gone with IDMAX's anyways. I ended up getting a pair of SE 12's, they are going to see a RF 800a2 and get 1.3^3 per chamber sealed. Sometime in the future if I see a pair of the SS's used somewhere I might pick them up, they do look like one hell of a woofer. I went on vacation and completely forgot about this thread James

I've been getting some info on them. I talkd to Wayne at Treo and he said the MSRP is 350 which I thought was absolutly rediculous, and on top of that the sales department is taking some good time to get back to me about dealer locations. Right now I'm tossing the ideas of either 2 RE SE's, 2 IDMAX, or 2 of these Treo SS if they arn't overly expensive. Just depends on how much I feel like spending I guess.

Hey Denim, I need a new banner something with a couple IDMAX woofers following the basic Image Dynamics color scheme, make it look sweet if you can I hope I'm not asking to much. Also how do we bring them over to our caraudio.com signatures? Thanks man

I have never heard of this, tell me more!! Also looks like that guy needs to look into getting some new suspension.

If you check around sounddomain sometimes you can find Image Dynamics Comps for around that price range. Normally they are around 280-550 depending on what you want, either a 3 piece comp or a compression horn comp.
