  1. apache junction, sorta close to mesa if i remember correctly..... i feel you on not liking your ride.......i am there now, but my broke ass will have to make the most out of it. ha
  2. BTL 18 Ported box we recommend using 5-8 cubic feet @ 30-35Hz tuning, you can tune a little higher if you wish but we recommend keeping it close to 32hz for a daily driver. Again the same 12-16 square inches of area applies per cubic foot of volume. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ from FI...........
  3. the amount of air displaced by the subwoofers motor and basket..... usually they will list it in the specs, if not, that sub is super popular, just ask around.... could be close to .75cf or better! not sure though.
  4. uh, looking gloom for ol' chop, work just won't break loose..... i will get out there eventually though.
  5. now repeat after me........" merry christmas chop" lol
  6. right on...... well i mean i knew you was on your game.....just wasn't sure what i was seeing.....
  7. guess i am going to have to come up there........
  8. oh, and uh, deaden that hatch real nice......
  9. hey buddy, if you are really wanting these guys to jump on this, get the info on your amp up on here........ also "hit hard" can be determined several different ways on here......what is your musical preferance? this will help them decide what your goals are..... i know that they can determine port length off what you have specified, but you might just throw that info in there for them.....as well as sub displacement..... as far as the sub and port placement.... i am a big fan of sub up , port to the rear.......with a single sub like yours, i would like the port to span horizontally across the bottom, and the sub centered in box..... just my .02 chop
  10. yeah, i think he is catching on to that part..... a blow thru is going to be a fun build project...... looks like you have some good equipment, and know where you want to be, so get to planning that box out and then snatch up some mdf.... soon enough you will be telling us how many dbs you are listening to them clowns with...lol chop
  11. so like just let me know what the exact year / make of your car is...... i am always at the junk yards.... i will keep a eye out for you some more windshields....lol

  14. uh, i have never made a cd, a song, done a remix, not eve so much as played a instrument,, so i am not trying to say i could do better or even the same, only asking a honest question here..... based on other folks experiance, is the cd featured on thier websight, uh great? seems to me as if it is reaal similar to alot of other bass cd's......not sure. still wanting to see more on these guys..... upoun looking at the pics again, thier subs do look really familiar. the logo is too close to AA's really too, just my 0.02 in the matter. might not work out to well to look like and sound like others.....
  15. ^^^^^sir , if you had any f*cking clue at all about car audio, you would know that it takes no less than 6 12"s in the back seat and the trunk has to be welded down in order to do 263 db.......he is no where close to that.......lmao! plus you need some reading glasses, that xcon damaged your vision.......all like, uh what size subs???? okay seriously, sorry it's late....... what is this install going in, sorta really important.......also you will be asked real soon what electrical upgrades have you done and what extent of sound deadening has been done to this undisclosed vehicle? these questions will rise up quite a bit, and some where in the links that they are referring to you it says to ask "detailed" questons so that folks can help you out. unlike many, mdizzle and I know of a guy who shread amps with his subs!!! so the results are somewhat endless of what you could acheive..... keep studying and learning..... good luck.
  16. is this particular ported box with 2.5 cu ft per sub a prefab box, or are you planning on building a box?
  17. uh, i think the fellars want to tell you just do alot of research on here, and then att the end of the day, build it.....test and test some more.....it is kinda like deer hunting, you can do everything the other guy is and still end up with different results......there is alot to be factored into how you will really do with them db's................ in fact there are entire forums with 1000's of post discussing exactly that i know i am reading the post wrong jay-cee, but are you suggesting that this gentlman can do 160's with these two particular 12"s at 45hz? perhaps i am in the need of some details....
  18. got mine super low price, but am tradeing it off, I am on to much of a budget right now to afford the electrical upgrades needed to run it, i know i will be happy with the saz1500d for now.
  19. dang.....this was all drama filled like and then you pull off second......good job, bro
  20. well, that explains that, lol. PG shirts rock and don't mess with a boy named Sue! and as far as my earlier post, uh, skip all that........... did some tradeing and now i have a SAZ-1500D, alot more realistic to my budget, for electrical right now..... so i will most likely pursue the t-line, 1500 watts at 1 ohm, tunning will be either what the sub wants, matching the fs at 24hz. or i might shorten it up a bit and tune it to 30hz. still plenty low and will compliment the over all response, perhaps just a little louder? we will see. i guess if i build the first and am not happy with it, i will do what we do best, build another, lol. now in the next few days, start to look around for where this SAZ-3000D might of gotten off to.
  21. hey your over hear too, thats cool, this is where i usually hang out at....... like i said , nice looking design. chop
