If you lived in houston I could get you a 5 gal bucket for $80. Also since it is your first time I would go to a junk yard and get some a pillars there to practice on. You will also need a bucket of duraglass and a bucket of light weight body filler.

Got the port painted. Also have the 1st baffle's attached too there port walls and sides of the box. Just need too sand some stuff before putting the rest together. Having to have home depot cut your wood = FTL

Port is not glued down yet, still need too center it up and what not. Just too a picture too show how big the port actually is.
New box, 2.2 cubic ft per sub, 25 + sq in of port per cube
If I were you I would try and find a different spot for the stetsom. If it has too go on the back of the box I suggest you put a pillow in between the board you mount the amp on.

Look into the RE Coax speakers, they are cheap and sound very good.

Just give it a couple more weeks and it should be broken in rather nicely. The you should slam the lows.

Well with the 7k I had after we did the mods too it upgraded all the wire inside it and what not we saw only 5k out of it wired down too .35 on the amp rising to .93, voltage never dropped below 12.9
When ever you get TL vids of your system out of the port let me know. Do you have any pictures of your setup? Did you figure out what frequency you peak at?
