4th order bandpass
2:1 is generic. I see no reference of drivers or tuning for T/S parameters which if is truly the case sets you up for a big fail. You also are choosing a "higher frequency for spl" which means a 4th order BP isn't the ideal box for you. Just build a normal ported enclosure.

Cablguy184's 97 Chevy Silverado
All I need is for the truck to be quiet ... No need to waste money at this time ... But it is on the list ... Then you needed MLV and not deadener. You added something to change the resonance of panels, not a noise barrier. Exactly why I stated the question.

Mine is connected to the Natural Gas...but of course, if it were only a propane tank I could burn through one in something like 5 hours. lol

4th order bandpass
Absolutely not. EVERY box needs to be designed for a particular driver. This is even more so the more complicated the enclosure. ie, when you add a port of any kind this becomes rudimentary. It would be a terribly huge mistake to use a generic 4th order BP enclosure for ANY driver.

Mass backed carpet?
The real question is what is the mass/$$ ratio and can you cover the whole floor with MLV for similar dough. If they label it mass backed they should give you its mass, if not I wouldn't be interested in it at all. Once you have that the comparison is easier.

Greatest Passenger Car Engine of last 25 Years
Now watch the brainiacs use a chrysler mill instead and scrap something worthwhile. If on the other hand with some dumb luck it ends up in the new Dart or something, it'd be about time.

That's a shit ton of stops lol. Good time. when I would travel from TX to MO I would take 3 stops the entire way and make it in around 7.5-8hrs That'd be a one stop for me since I'd need to gas up and piss. I refuse to do more than 600mi in a day though as that shit wears you out.
