You should use the slope and crossover position that sounds the best to you. The shallower the slope and the lower the cross point the harder it is on your mids due to them getting more midbass. Without knowing the volume you listen at, the speakers and your install, as well as the music you will play through them NO ONE can help you. Personally I'd start with them really low and shallow and work your way up. Everything is a compromise.

Not enough cone area to hit 150 across that whole range. Going to have to narrow it down. Also going to require a box that is designed to peak pretty hard at the expense of the rest of the range. Better make sure you are willing to make that compromise.

An EQ to add an EQ is stupid. If you don't have a reason to "fix" something then it will only make your system sound worse. Of course, knowing what you need to fix may either give us an easier or alternative route, but if not at least we can recommend an EQ that will do what you need.
