Welcome to the IHoP
from 35 pages ago, the reference was only to hippy matt, not to extra crunchy. But I do prefer my toast dark. Ah, extra crunchy.

God damnit! Stop making me want one, you fuckers!

Reminds me of the Koreans and Japanese. Can't design either, but copy of course they are skilled at. I'd rather have a company copy themselves than their competitors.

LOVE LOVE LOVE that car. Except it's about as pretty as Jeremy Clarkson's bare ass. I was not sure about it at first, but it grew on me and I really like it. That one is sexy actually.

That isn't the problem, just almost no energy transfer.

If I already had the steam engine I could just put the mold on it and run her in place.

Had an idea on that actually. I have a rather heavy duty grinder. Could put an off center mass on the shaft and rest it up against the sink after pouring. It would surely vibrate it.

AlphaDamp Sound Deadener
I do have to apologize though. Sorry I brought this up in this thread. I saw no reference to a contest entry and didn't realize that was the point of your video. I thought it was marketing info for a product that by nature is flawed.

AlphaDamp Sound Deadener
Nobody is being held hostage. Like all contests there are rules. Rules for this giveaway contest are that the winners give video reviews of the product. Umm, yes. The new owner of Second Skin is being "coerced" into selling these for Ant. I'd call that holding someone hostage. My comment had nothing to do with whatever contest you are describing. You make it very clear that you are a hater of this product. I have no issues with that. I have all reason to believe that you have never used this product and that you never will. Which again, fine by me. How are you claiming that this product will fall off and that this product does not work? What testing have you done? Based on my experience with this product, I have disproved every statement that you have made claiming that the product will fall off and that it doesn't work. You are point blank wrong and misinformed. The product does no fall off and it does work. That is what was said about the SPL tiles, but guess what they failed as well. There IS a problem with a foil that thick, but of course with every problem there is a solution potentially which is why I asked what was done. So far, Ant has repeatedly dodged that question which means to me that he is just using up the extra foil he had from the SPL tiles and marketing it in a slightly different way.

Would you just paint it? * I will be sealing the concrete to hopefully keep the water from penetrating.

Not a rip-off actually. The terminology is, but the product isn't. Don's tiles aren't that thick and don't fall off like these do. The extra thickness of the foil is NOT a benefit, but makes the product not work.

I'm just not into another Ant failed product. What keeps it from peeling off like the SPL tiles with that thick foil? Obviously this was built out of him having a bunch of that non-useable foil left. Sucks even worse since he is holding the new owners hostage and "having" them sell it for him.

Exactly why the bracing isn't screwed in yet

Welcome to the IHoP
I haven't siliconed the corners, edges yet. Like the candle wax idea though The screws are countersunk so I can cover them with what was originally going to be silicone, but it'll be way easier to trim the wax up nice

Welcome to the IHoP
Concrete sink/countertop build Empty mold With plexi added for the drain Showing with drain tube, it will float above the plexi so there will be a concrete funnel bringing all the water into the drain and not near its edges to prevent leaks (or so I hope ) Drain Close-up A little metal support added (support boards will be screwed in before cement is poured) Drain with support (removable so I can pull the support out) More shots of reinforcement Question being is there enough metal in there? In particular the rear spot by the drain. I can easily even “screw” in supports through the mold on that side being the won’t be visible and can be whacked off with the angle grinder later.
