Not heat when on. Reset the system, did not fix it. Even in emergency mode, it cannot get over 60 degrees in the house. We keep our house at about 55 almost all the time in winter. I grew up in a massive Victorian home where my mother kept it between 52 and 54. But my little house is home (at least for the remainder of this month) to a little 4 year old, so I will pay to make sure he is warm. Me too, although it was just 52 as that is where the thermostat bottomed out.

Wow...just...wow... Ha, medium to low is all you need. Hell my Bluestar wasn't hot enough today on high for the chicken I put on it. Had to pull some out of the pan to prevent oil soakage.

Shouldn't really have your system in a spot where you would need one, if so, then you have other issues. For setup fine, but then a non-permanent one is a much better solution.
