Put a cobra on the F6 this year to replace the 1" stock track. Works really well on the trail. You running studs as well or just the track? If no, did you get the rain and if so how do you like how it turns compared to the stocker?
  2. why on top? i didn't know were else to put them....... i had just bought them, they had a sale on them.. so i sat them up there to hook them up to see how they sounded... they sound allright but they like alot more power then my yamaha's ... here is were i found them onsale at...denim knows this site i think..... http://www.homeaudioforum.net/topic/113-cadence-f-17-speakers-on-blow-out/ Ha, I thought you had them both hooked up I just spent more than that on crossover components for a set of pc speakers, lol.
  3. Wish the 150w were at 4 or even better 8 ohms Finally a Belle replacement though...

I have no problem renting a long track. Studs are extremely helpful on ice/hard shit. Hooks up better than ANY track. I've got a buddy with a 136 Yammie with >150hp and paddles and I kill him to 60. From there my ass is behind, but whatever where I ride that is what I want anyways. And I only have the lowly 600.

Glad you asked, just realized I need some registration numbers. Next year I get a new sled and the red beast becomes the woman;s.

The Cobra track is supposedly the ticket around here. 1.352"

I keep meaning to do the same, not quite a powder track but something better than stock. I haven't yet though as I am still contemplating moving up to a 136 for my next sled and if I do then I'd need a different track. I have no problems changing back and forth when I sell, I just don't want to throw $400 out the window. These guys are a quick drive away http://www.tracksusa.com/

You ride Colorado powder, I ride ditches and trails. Huge difference. Plus all of our trails really go just from bar to next bar so it isn't so necessary...unless you overheat. Your making me feel sorry for you.LOL You NEED to come ride the Rockies. Indeed. I'd love to, especially with a guide or someone who knows the area a bit.

I have a Poo IQ 600, 121" Trails and a lot of ditches, some field boondocking but its a joke in comparison to what you can do...otherwise I'd have a longer track. No real need for mods here as we don't have altitude to deal with. Obviously more power is nice, but it doesn't make anything quicker usually just faster. I know gearing and traction and power will make things quicker as well, but I am of the opinion that I spend $3500-4k on a sled, ride it for 2 years, sell it for $3300-3500 and buy a newer one. Spending any money on mods is then just throwing it away. I haven't held the throttle pinched on anything I've owned for more than 20 seconds in a really long time. Plenty fast
  12. MLV stops the transmission of sound. In the case of the box that is of dubious benefit. Obviously if you have a very poorly built enclosure some treatments could be a positive but that isn't the right way to fix the problem. For high frequencies it does, just not for sub frequencies.

What over heats? The snowmobile. Radiator is above the track in the tunnel and when there is no snow on it, it doesn't work. I got you now. The melting snow on the radiator takes the heat away? exactly

Perfect time to open a beer and relax? I keep meaning to buy a padded cooler. Mostly need the padding as shit tends to open up when you are pounding trails.

We have snow on the ground, but the stupid rain melted it where I need it most. Every turn on the trails is dirt and the crust that is on the rest means the fresh stuff drifts nowhere near the trail. Having to stop while riding because you are overheating is lame.
  18. ^^^^ THOSE ARE REAL TOO!!!!!!! LOL, she is a blessed woman. Ugh. Not blessed IMO. Stage makeup is fooling you...and boobs make men stupid.

When you have over 3500 albums a batch genre tag is extremely helpful
  21. ///M5 replied to mrray13's topic in Off Topic
Foobar and mp3tag is what I use here as well. Still missing a ton of album art though which sucks considering I have NOTHING that has been downloaded, but all ripped from original CD's.

Already was looking through it By far the cheapest design on the web that still uses a reasonable driver. I think the B3's are around $9 and the crossover that he puts on them can't be too absurd as the drivers aren't filled with anomalies. WAY easier than the more exotic full rangers like the Tang w4.
  24. Yep, and I see a ton of space although I'd still take the seat and cupholders and all that extra crap out.
