3 way front stage questions
There are ZERO 6.5" midrangees on the market that are ANY good at being midrange, terrible idea. Go much smaller if you are doing a three way so at least there is some benefit for you.

I used to race, lol. Toes UP

Not really. ANY driver can be crossed at 24db and regularly it is a terrible idea. You are jumping WAY ahead of yourself and really shouldn't be buying anything yet. Nothing exciting about that seas coax and ask anyone here how much of a seas boner I have

Or they are completely stupid. Either way same effect.

And now they look like 15 dollar daytons and I bet perform similarly. Id also bet there is more engineering in the daytons which is of course exactly why they won't. Answer any questions.

The log's are way better off axis.

That would be a HUGE waste of money

Welcome to the IHoP
The drivers obviously suck in the bang per dollar ratio, but I imagine that they might even suck in the budget range even. Which explains the butt hurt unless anal lovin' is causin' the pain.

What isn't amusing is the fact they are so closed minded and won't learn. I hope to never quit learning.

Sandy vagina in the Blues thread....again. Those guys are beyond stupid.

Blues Production Sub's. . . . . . . Remember
If I didn't post, you'd have had the last word, lol. Please come back, but answer a question instead of more spouting. Everyone is sick of going back to square one every third post.

And if Ford made a vehicle that competed I'd be interested for sure. Just took the beast for a spin and she is a beast! A few 10-60 romps just on a neighboring road. Considering I don't yet have "legal" tabs I don't feel like being too obnoxious.

Everyone in my family and my w's family have blue eyes I was blond as a little kid. I love the interior, definitely what I was buying. Part of me likes the chili pepper interior better, but that is the part that is slowly going away. Parking sign says, "Ford Parking Only"

I've got a matching pair, although mine are 16's. Saw those on Ebay for $8 and couldn't resist

Blues Production Sub's. . . . . . . Remember
You don't even read my posts do you. If I think it sounds good that is fine FOR ME and no one else. I don't run around saying I like the way this sounds you should buy it as it is absurd. I never told you to measure anything and I don't measure speakers I buy either as the measurements I need are already published by every even halfway decent driver manufacturer. In fact, I have never bothered to measure a driver I have personally used ever. Measured plenty of drivers but most are used for completely other purposes. If you instead spent the time understanding RUDIMENTARY measurements you wouldn't have wasted so much money. Spend as much time reading about measurements as you have bitching in this thread and you'd understand enough to realize you don't need to listen to every driver known to man to help you narrow your decision logically. There is VERY easy to use software that will help you. Just download WinISD and play around, it is super simple. It will tell you more than you've learned in the rest of your audio life in about 10 hours. Again, equipment means nothing and ISN'T necessary. Hell Zaph gets buy with a teeny percentage of what is out there, but uses it correctly. And you haven't told people to use their own judgement but to listen to your subjective puking on what you think with NOTHING backing it up. It better come down to whether it sounds good to the consumer, but when the consumer is being a nonsensical idiot then screw him. Considering the ridiculous and obnoxious attempts to keep this subjective and trying around every corner instead of actually addressing ANY question asked in this thread, I have now drawn a conclusion. Obviously the Blues drivers are cheap junk and weren't engineered at all. I am sure everyone else reading this feels the same way. Please don't respond at all unless you go back and answer ANY of the questions that Impious or I have asked. I am sick of your circles. Will I keep responding? Yes, because at this point it is really amusing to see how much more idiotic they can become. Driver design, speaker building, and installation is a science. Please bring some we would ALL love to see it. When you do, I'll be the first to change my tune but until then go ahead and continue to make your whole clique look bad.

I'd disagree and between the two actually prefer the aluminums. I did side to side them only at Madisound and then have heard the metals in car. Still not sure this is a good solution for you yet. Until you nail down your processing and locations I would really NOT buy a tweeter. Pio 880prs, 800prs, Alpine 9887, are all active capable and newer.

That is a decent comparison. Good 5mp brand new cell phone versus DSLR. The top two are cell phone pics, the rest from my Canon. Using the cheap lens too. Makes me laugh in the phone thread when they say it is okay to use one for pictures.

I am not into any x.1 or gaming cards. Just give me some nice DAC's. All my cpu listening is either done in 2chn right in front of the monitor or with an ultra cheap digital output and of course the squeezebox.

I was before I clicked. That car is butt ugly. And yes I still clicked

Illusion, they are okay. Not so amusingly when I tried to check I hit the "foglight" button only to find out it was the headlight washer button. Shot myself in the eye and dirtied my clean ride

Per request And some interior pics. Amusingly the stock HK system does a better job than most car audio enthusiasts cars I've been in. Could be improved, sure, but I haven't put CD's in it yet. Drove a whopping 20 miles. Managed to get some Dire, ZZ, Steely Dan, and a few other decently recorded tunes through it. Can't wait to pull out some Mingus and see what I'll need to address.
